Pornrat Lertyosthanavath 2009-03-29	RS.Sea Side Hotel, Jomtien Beach Rd. Good service in a guest house not hotel. I and all guests were disappointed for the Breakfast, it is a small set menu: two bread without tost and two small pork sausages, a pice of ham, (coffee and fruit juice all you can drink). It is enough for a small child less than 10 years old but not enough for over 10 or adult. I notice from the guest everyone have to buy food from outside and have it there. It is look funny for the hotel, isn t it? I hope R24.org should inform the hotel to improve there service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.	Excellent services from R24 team and especially Khun Kung. I hope your R24 team will get more guests to visit your website and booking with you.

Soren Ahlstedt 2009-02-08	RS.Sea Side Hotel, Jomtien Beach Rd. Good location close to the beach, friendly , sea view appartments noisy due to traffic, breakfirst a disaster with no vegetables, only 1 egg, 1 ham and 2 toasts plus coffe. You could expect a lot more.
Sern Raymond 2009-01-31	RS.Sea Side Hotel, Jomtien Beach Rd. Not so bad for the price to pay. Generally clean & no hassles checking in and out. If you require late check out, ask early. Only problem is it s far from Pattaya Beach (about 15 mins by bike) & the main bar area in Jomtein unless you have your own transport. Beach in front of the hotel not that great also.	Breeze & easy. Got to wait for their response & confirmation though, which my came within the same day.
Melvyn Brown 2009-01-02	RS.Sea Side Hotel, Jomtien Beach Rd. this hotel was alright just for a short stay it was not very well equiped in the room EG the single bed we requested for my son had a towel like sheet for a cover we had to ask for something extra for a cover there was only two glasses in the room no bottle opener and mould above the sink another bad thing about this hotel we were on the fourth flour and the railings as you were walking to the room were bellow waist high this was very frightening as it was not safe at all and dangerous if you had got small children it was the same on the balcony of the room so you would be to scared to let you kid go on to the balcony alone this was not safe at all. this hotel was ok for a couple of nights and you are a couple but i would not reccomend it for families with young children
archana 2008-10-26	RS.Sea Side Hotel, Jomtien Beach Rd. The rooms were nice and the staff helpful. But dont go on the pictures in the site for size. the rooms are average sized but very clean.The pool is nothing to talk about. The breakfast is inadequate with no variety.All in all an average rating
Mogens Lober 2008-09-22	RS.Sea Side Hotel, Jomtien Beach Rd. My wife and I had at great stay at this lovely hotel situated in Jomtien in the period 13th until 22nd September. The hotel is not too big, and very clean. It has a great little swimming pool and the beach is right across the road. We were a bit disapointed when we were allocated room no. 316 which was a lovely room but very dark with a tiny little balcony and poor poolview (we had ordered poolview). The day after we asked the staff if we could be upgraded to a beachfront room. We then moved to room no. 202 with beachview. This room and balcony, we can highly recommend. Although room 202 was situated out onto the main beach road, you couldn t hear any noise at all. The staff were so sweet and friendly and they did everything they could to make our holiday unforgetable. The breakfast was good and freshly made. Upon checking out we certainly expected to get billed som extra for the change of room but they didn t charge anything. We can also recommend room 201 where our sister-in-law stayed in. We did not find it a problem at all that the hotel is situated in the more quiete end of Jomtien Beach as the transport system on Beach Road is fantastic. We would certainly stay at RS Sea Side Hotel again.	Easy and perfect as always.
John Fisher 2008-06-20 until 2008-06-24	RS.Sea Side Hotel, Jomtien Beach Rd. Excellent hotel quite location opposite the beach but within easy access to all the nightlife in Pattaya. Excellent service friendly staff, stayed in the pool view room nice rooms very modern god size balcony for relaxing on. Pool good size well maintained with spa. Breakfast a little boring after a couple of days but plenty of restaurants around for cheap breakfast. Would stay there again.	Excellent booking no problems Sawade was very good.
