Marie-christine TESTAS 2009-08-19	Mai Pen Rai Bungalows, Than Sadet Beach L endroit est isolé, paradisiaque, et, bien-sur, difficile d accès. Accueil bizarre : plutôt très froid à notre arrivée, et plus chaleureux le dernier soir. Mais globalement le personnel est sympa et serviable. Resto sur la plage correct mais service très moyen : des serveurs qui s enmêlent lourdement dans leurs commandes (un gag!); le petit resto sur l autre plage (traversez par le pont au dessus de la rivière, pont en état moyen) est mieux situé (domine la baie), meilleur et moins cher. Les bungalows sont très bien situés, sur les rochers, intimité préservée, vue magnifique sur la mer mais confort (est ce bien le mot?) spartiate : pas d eau chaude,coupures d eau froide qui arrive des cascades proches par des canalisations douteuses, electicité par générateur qq hres par jour, des petits invités (gecko,lézards, cafards)mais ... mai pen rai ! Au global : allez y pour vivre comme Robinson, et revenir avec des souvenirs plein la tête : le lever de soleil sur la mer, la traversée chaotique de l île sous la pluie torrentielle (mousson) et l orage, par exemple... Dernier détail : les bungalows (sauf ceux situés sur la plage) sont assez loin du resto.	perfect : easy and quick
FENDIAN STEPHANIE 2009-07-28	Mai Pen Rai Bungalows, Than Sadet Beach We really had a great time in Than Sadet, we had a family bungalow that was perfect for our 3 children family, with amazing view on the sea. The bungalow was more spacious than expected, large terrace to relax on, lots of fun in getting to the bungalow as you have to walk on the rocks. May not suit to elder people or very young children, but bungalow on the beach is an alternative then. Location is perfect, very close to the waterfalls, we really feel like being part of nature, best place we stayed during our trip to Samui, Tao and Phangan. The only drawback for some people could be the lack of hot water and electricity cuts at certain hours, but we personally got used to it easily. We will come back for sure!!! kristy aquilina 2009-07-08	Mai Pen Rai Bungalows, Than Sadet Beach This place is a hidden Paradise. Great location for those who want to get away from the shopping and hectic nightlife and go somewhere to relax and reconnect with themselves and others. We where away for 5 weeks and of this time i would have to say that the best food i ate was at this place. The food was amazing and the Green Curry and Pad Thai where excellent. We met a very cool guy called (PORN) who lives in the bungalow beside the restuarant. Down stairs is his makeshift shop and upstairs is his simple home. This guy is amazing and a really interesting person to talk too. We spent plenty of time becoming friends and sharing stories. DO yourself a favour and buy something that he makes or better let him make you something. (It could be a anklet or bracelet or as our friend did and let him braid a trinket into her hair. My only complaint is that we didnt spend enough time there but i will be going back and i will spend a lot more time enjoying the freedom and happiness this enchanted place delivers. Something different away from the busy places which isnt 5 star but then doesnt need to be considering everything else it delivers. Excellent place to visit.	Excellent
Sophia Young 2009-03-15	Mai Pen Rai Bungalows, Than Sadet Beach Very laid back quiet beach. As beautiful and remote as it sounds. The people weren t particularly friendly but there was a choice of restaurants on the beach so we could find our favourite. the bungalows were delightfully quirky, very peaceful with only the sounds of the jungle and the ocean below. Slept like a baby! the only problem really was the fleas which i must have caught from the beach dogs around the cafes. But that was a small price to pay for such an idyllic location. Don t bring a suitcase as the bungalows are a long climb up from the beach! Dragging a heavy suitcase across the sand in the midday sun isn t anybody s idea of fun!	Very efficient. No problems.

Letoqueux 2009-02-20	Mai Pen Rai Bungalows, Than Sadet Beach les bungaloows laissent a désirer sur la propreté, ne parlons pas de literie!!! Même si le prix est sympa, ça ne devrait pas empecher la propreté.heureusement c est rare en thailande. Dommage, l endroit est magnifique.

Better equipped than some beach huts we ve stayed in with a funky shower room.2 or 3 alternative restaurants nearby each with their own take on authentic local food.Come here to chill for ambiance and for longer than you planned!	Great service exactly as expected, faultless.

We enjoyed swimmung and relaxing. The restaurant is ok. Check the bill before you pay and leave after our stay.	The system is good and easy!!
