Ideally situated for access to beach and shops. Hotel manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was suitable for both couples and families. The swimming pool complex was good and featured a childrens pool area. It would have been appreciated to have complimentary fruit in my room.

The booking service was excellent and also the transfer arrangements.

I had a very nice time. The Resort was modern and clean. Customer service was superior. I was lead to believe based on the pictures that the resort was on the water, not back on hte hill as it is. That part was a little disappointing. It would have been helpful to have a tours available and time they left when I arrived also. I missed out on going to Pi Pi Island becuase the tour left very early. Had I know, I would have got up earlier and gone:( I really appreciated the rooms, big and very nice. Thanks Donald Sanborn

Worked fine

First impressions when entering the hotel were good. However, walking to the room reminded us of a european hotel, not a 5* standard hotel in Thailand. Room was of good size, but we quickly found out that the walls were not very well insulated and we could hear everyone around us at all hours of the day and night! Also, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Pools were nice, although the waterfalls were only on for a short time each day. In the end, mainly due to noise and the bed/pillows being uncomfortable, we moved hotel 3 days before we were meant to. Breakfast was adequate if you don t mind cordial rather than fresh fruit juices, and limited hot food.It would be ok for those on a budget who wanted the facilities, but not the luxuries and extras that you pay for with some of the 4 and 5* chain hotels.

Would definitely use them again.

Very nice rooms and swimming pools. However, this hotel is not good for people with young children in strollers. There are no lifts in the hotel, and there are plenty of stairs. The hotel is set away from the main street in Ao Nang and you had to walk 10-15 minutes to reach the beach and restaurants. (A few very nice restaurants right outside the hotel). Some of the girls in the reception spoke very bad English and was therefore not very helpful. The tailor in the hotel was quiet rude, and we would not recommend to buy from this store. Rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful :-)

Excellent service! First, but not last time we are using this booking service.

Very nice hotel. Nice pool area and nice rooms. Only down-size is that there is no see-view. I think one of the best hotels in ao-nang, especially when you travel with chieldren, as pools are big and there is a pool on another level, where people who want to relaxe without children can do so.

Works perfectly fine.

This is the second time we ve stayed at this hotel, pleasant time again but don t think we d return. It needs a bit of a make over and simple things like not having acces to an iron so that guests have to pay for the ironing service was a bit disappointing. Staff weren t as friendly as we remembered from our last visit and although the pool area is nice and spacious, it was really crowded. The hotel is set away from the main beach road in Ao Nang, up a steep road which is only partially lit at night so can be a bit of a scary experience with all the mopeds around!!There is a fantastic and very reasonably priced restraunt opposite the hotel called Carnivores , it was fantastic!

Fine, no problems
