Dennis Mitchell 2008-11-13	River Kwai Hotel, Muang Stayed here in July and commented on the excellent service and breakfast. No change - I will still stay here anytime I come to the city - it is an excellent hotel for the price, and centrally located. Just remember to ask for a rear room as the disco will blow you out of bed if you are in a front room! ( hawng lang - is the nearest it comes in English transliteration)	Excellent as always.
Martin Veitch 2008-10-25	River Kwai Hotel, Muang Stayed here with wife and 6yr old son. Had to change rooms as toilet seat badly stained. Room was near disco end of hotel and very noisey everynight - vibrates in room. Restaurant staff drag furniture around at about 2am in morning in preparation for breakfast - very loud and could be heard in our room above - probably same in most rooms. Bathroom was in poor condition and needs some TLC as does some furniture.Room clean.Corridor lights switched off in day so very dark.Carpets need replacing. Cowboy bar very good and food good. The frog hopping across restaurant floor was funny but not the cockroach on the french toast. Staff friendly. Very convenient location for War Cemetary and Kwai Bridge/Museum. Tried to charge us twice for breakfast despite pre-paying. Would not stay again. Good if you are not worried about sleeping Website pictures look better than real thing.	Booking was excellent as always with Sawadee.com No complaints very fast and efficient!
Wayne Sharpe 2008-09-11	River Kwai Hotel, Muang Extremely warm, friendly, helpful staff throughout hotel. Great central location. Nice restaurant with good selection of nice meals and buffet breakfast. Rooms quite large and comfortable. Highly recommend River Kwai Hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.	Excellent, fast, efficient and courteous service. Smooth on-line transacting.
Thelma Anne Rothney 2008-07-11 until 2008-07-17	River Kwai Hotel, Muang enjoyed our stay rooms reqire updating but that is already in hand for 2 floors swimming pool much improved and was used a lot,staff very friendly and helpful.Large choice of food at breakfast.Hotel well situated,for most of the sights, railway and bus stations.Only downside was the mess on the flat roof at the back of the hotel.

dennis mitchell 2008-07-11 until 2008-07-13	River Kwai Hotel, Muang First time I have stayed at this hotel. I asked for a room at the back away from the noisy front disco, and no problems. Staff courteous and efficient, breakfast had an excellent variety - one of the beat I have seen in Thailand. Close to the bus station and night market (at the railway station). Will stay there again next time I am in the area.	Excellent as always.
SUDHIR INAMDAR 2008-05-03 until 2008-05-04	River Kwai Hotel, Muang A good Hotel. However, the carpets need refurbishing. Breakfast was good.	Good, no problems at all.
Tania McParland 2008-04-10 until 2008-04-12	River Kwai Hotel, Muang The hotel was lovel. The bed was large ad comfortable. 1 negative was the location as it wasn t close to the street here all the bars, restuarants & our booking places are.Can be noisy at night due to a bar and disco downstairs. The bathroom was ok but the shower had next to no pressure.I would stay in the main street if where to visit again.	Great website to do your booking through very quick to onfirm reservation and don t have to pay until confirmed. Would use again
Arun Kumar Sharma 2008-04-04 until 2008-04-05	River Kwai Hotel, Muang It is a good hotel. I would give it 7 out of 10. Rooms are clean and tastefully deorated. Hotel staff is courteous and prompt. The restaurnt is also good, but the variety of food is restricted. Very limited choice for vegetarians. The only problem is that the hotel does not provide pick and drop facility to the bus stand or railway station, both are just 1 km away from the hotel. Taxi for same distance costs 100 Baht, which is expensive.	Excellent. No problems at all.
K.K. Sharma 2008-02-09 until 2008-02-10	River Kwai Hotel, Muang Fair value for price. Breakfast /Meals could add some more vegetarian items so that the growing number of vegetarians can enjoy the breakfast and meals. Location is very good, staff was very nice. Rooms were OK. If one wants to stay in the city.. perhaps the best choice.	Excellent and great price !! I extended the stay in the hotel and had to pay roughly Baht. 200 extra per day...!!
