Manathai Village, Chiang Mai, Muang Manathai is a nice oasis amongst the other residences. Staff are excellent (helpful and english is fine). Breakfast is excellent. Room was a bit small but nice. Restaurant at hotel is a bit expensive but food is delicious. Not easy to find on your own the first time but the taxi driver knew exactly where it was. Very good location to everything. Stay was only very short. |
Booking was very efficient. No problems at all. |

Manathai Village, Chiang Mai, Muang We loved this hotel...our favorite in Thailand. The staff was gracious, the outdoor bar and service were wonderful, and the room was beautifully appointed. It is conveniently located on a relatively quiet soi....a definite return visit! |

Manathai Village, Chiang Mai, Muang Exceptional in all aspects, staff are a credit to the business, had been to Chang Mai previously and wish we knew about Mana Thai then. Thanks, D & J Australia |

Manathai Village, Chiang Mai, Muang Lovely hotel, 10 minute walk to the night bazaar and 10 minute walk to Tha Phae Gate. Located on quiet back street. Good breakfast included. Nicely decorated rooms and large bathroom - the shower was the only negative - could not get an even water temperature, was either too hot or too cold! Very pleasant staff. Only 29 rooms so fairly small hotel, nice pool though only 7 pool side lounges. Fairly good breakfast included. |
Excellent service. Needed accommodation for the following day which was confirmed very quickly by email. |

Manathai Village, Chiang Mai, Muang This hotel was lovely! It is set off one of the main roads in Chiang Mai so is very central but at the same time peaceful and quiet. Everything is within walking distance - restaurants, markets etc. The rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional thai style - just fantastic! The outdoor area is well landscaped with sun loungers and a small pool. Staff are attentive and provide a good service. Internet use is free, although not very fast. Overall a wonderful stay and good value for money. Would definitely return here. |
Good, although it was not made clear that I had to log onto the website to make the final payment on the booking. Perhaps an email reminder would be useful. |

Manathai Village, Chiang Mai, Muang we stayed in the slightly more expensive suite room which overlooked the pool area. The room was fantastic, very botique like with great attention to detail and a lovely bathroom(and hot shower). Our room also had a lovely outside area with a long couch and Thai cushions to relax on. You get all the normal services you would expect in a better standard of hotel such as free fruit and a turn down service. The common areas are very special with running water everywhere and a great Lanna style throughout the hotel. All the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. As with all more expensive places the food and drink prices were high but obviously there are many places close by where you can get good cheap thai food. The location of the hotel is very good centrally located between the Tha Phae gate and the night bizzar. As other people have commented the hotel is down a soi but not a dirty small soi, just a normal Thai soi. The only possible grumble would be the fact that there are only about 7 sun loungers by the pool, so if lots of the guests on one day decide to spend it by the pool there can be a scramble for loungers early morning. Overall we were extremely happy with this wonderful little place. |
smooth, no problems whatsoever. |
