Graeme Cressey 2010-07-21	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach Absolutely fantastic Hotel right in the heart of Patong Beach with great facilities & awesome Staff that are very helpful & friendly. Would not hesitate in recommending the Patong Holiday Inn to Families as they have a great Kids Club!!
Carol Leow 2010-06-05	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach Great hotel. Expansive buffet breakfast. My kids love the kids club. Staff is very attentive. Very good value for money, especially if you have 2 kids. However, pool is extremely crowded even during the low season when we were there.	fast and efficient as usual. However, staff could not answer some of the questions I have. Maybe better interface between hotel and booking service is required.
Evelyn Fletcher And Bernard Fletcher 2010-03-19	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach Only stayed 2 nights for transferr between PhiPHi and Samui 1st time to this H/Inn nice hotel but very busy, staff very friendly,great breakfast in a great location for eating and shopping.	Excellent as usual no problems Thank You
LEONG WAI YEE 2010-02-19	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach very nice resort, breakfeast alot of choices, swimming pool very big and prefect. And also is very safe coz the security guard will stand at the lobby	when i book the resort i did ask for lower floor due to my two girls but when i check in, they give me 3rd floor which i don t like it. Just hope next time I book through Sawadee wedsite you will look into my request carefully.
Garry Scott 2008-11-03	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach We know thailand and visit ever year for 10 years and know this is very good. Best position in Phuket. Fantastic pool and buffet breakfast. Rooms excellent and hotel fascilities great. Highly recommend for families - kids club is free and the kids loved it giving us time to ourselves (staff very attentive and responsible). The best of all are the Thai staff, so friendly and ever so helpful. We will definitely only book here when staying in Phuket.	Good
Geoffrey Douglas 2008-10-17	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach Excellent hotel in what must be the best location in Patong. Breakfast alone was something to die for with a huge variety of tasty food all freshly prepared in front of you. All hotel staff very courteous and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.	Used this booking for 5 hotels on this trip and found it most reliable and efficient.
Michael Watson 2008-09-29	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach It was our second stay at this resort. We chose it because of its central position. We have 3 chn and had booked 2 non-smoking interconnecting rooms. Upon arrival we were shown to 2 non connecting rooms. We were told there were no connecting rooms available and even though we had requested it, it is still subject to availability. They were happy to let our chn be in one room without an adult - I thought this to be irresponsible. When shown the 2nd room - it stank of smoke. We complained again. Only because of my husbands insistance were we moved to a non-smoking level with 2 interconnecting rooms. Amazing!	Had no problems with booking. All went smoothly.

Hocking 2008-07-05 until 2008-07-14	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach When arrived after an overnight flight at 9 oclock in the morning our rooms we not ready so they upgrade us to a deluxe seaview/ocean suites. Breakkies we good, cheap food allround. Nice modern rooms, Kids 12+ club good but hardly used by us. Extra friendly staff, great location! AAAAA++++++ Holiday	Great no worries, holiday inn itself said it was booked out but sawadee got us a room!
Luke 2008-06-07 until 2008-06-12	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach The hotel was very pleasant. The staff were polite and helpful. The only slight disappointment was that the kids club did not live up to the hype. While the staff there were as helpful as the rest of the hotel staff, the programmes were not terribly exciting for the kids. Most of the time, they were very much left to themselves to play the PS2 machines. Nevertheless, we would go there again. It is without doubt the best hotel in Patong. Even if you have to pay a little more for the comfort, it was probably worth it.	Efficient and responses were prompt. Would use again if we go to Phuket again.
