Chantal HONG 2008-08-16	Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Hotel is good..located in a quiet area. Staff are nice. One thing is you should void to go to the hair saloon, they are very impolite in conversation.I was surprised for a such hotel which has a hair saloon that the personnel may speak badly to his customer without any reason.	Good service.quick reply.
Young-Joo Kang 2007-07-12 until 2007-07-14	Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa, Patong Beach No reason to visit to Graceland Resort again. 1.Room: Not bad but not good when you considering the money you pay. 2.View: Too far away to enjoy the sea view. 3.Approach to Patong main area: 15~20 minute by walk(to Mcdonalds), not easy when it s very hot. You have to pay 100~150baht for any vehicle ride. 4.Breakfast: Very limited menu you will have. Not good taste. 5.Taxi service: There is travel agency in front of hotel. My 650 baht were gone for mis-communication. No refund. No apologies. No additional suggestion to us. Just hang up the phone after the long foul languages though phone. I will not go there again in my life.
Paul Marsden 2007-04-21 until 2007-04-30	Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Great hotel,nicely positioned on the north side of Patong beach. Rooms very comfortable and service exellent. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food, fresh fruits etc. It was our second stay, and will definately stay again	Booking was easy, efficient and would use Sawadee again next time.
Chee Sow Lai 2007-04-12 until 2007-04-13	Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa, Patong Beach The hotel is clean and staff are friendly too. Infact i wanted to extend my stay but it was a pity as all the rooms were full. Overall experience is good, will definately be back if i visit Phuket again!
Estefania Sirvent Nicolau 2007-04-03 until 2007-04-07	Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Very nice rooms, we took the superior with yacuzzi for us too much space, but the hotel was completely full, the breakfast was very good. First day we took the supper and we did not like at all, nice service in the amazing swimming pool. The staff need to speak english to be more helpful. The hotel was not very helpful with the taxi rental.	Wonderful

Huge pool with friendly bar staff, ten pin bowling was great for the kids and rooms were spotless. Close to the action of Bangla Road and across the road from beach, don t go anywhere else!
Leona Leong 2006-07-07 until 2006-07-11	Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Graceland resort very fine resort. the staffs are very friendly and always with a very good smile. pools are very great and also the breakfeast. only one thing is the shower water is very very small. if the hotel magement able to ajust the shower water i think it will be very great. overall this resort is very great to stay.
Mr.Ted Lumpkin 2005-11-12 until 2005-11-18	Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Graceland Hotel was excellent. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. A little distance from bangla road, but for 80 baht ($2.00) a took took would take you anywhere in Patong. We actually walked to Bangla road twice, so its not really that far off the beaten pass. I highly recommend this hotel for families.	Sawadee s booking was excellent; no surprises - hotel room was great.
Mr.Graeme Mclaren 2005-09-14 until 2005-09-19	Phuket Graceland Resort & Spa, Patong Beach From the minute we arrived the Graceland was amazing. The staff can t be more helpful and the hotel itself is excellent. Very clean and every need catered for. It was quiet while we were there so we had the run of the massive pool with it s numerous jacuzzis, and swim-up bar. It s ideally located on the beach but just outside of the hussle and bustle of the main centre, but easy walking distance. The room was lovely and large with a large bath and seperate double shower.... Balcony had a great rocking seat offering stunning views of the beach and the sea.......we had a seaview room. The room had two beds, one king, one large single, fridge, Large TV and Air con all controlled via a central control panel.......the air con was so good we had to turn it off at night as it got too cold...... If you want a relaxing, luxury break then this place is spot on. It is more 5 star than 4!!	Booking fee hidden until the end....would like to see ths at the start of the process. Other wise good!! Good if you offered direct contact details with the hotel to arrange pick ups and things.
