Brendon O`Neill 2008-06-15 until 2008-06-30	The Color Living Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi Having stayed there before, I was once again happy with the level of service from all the staff inside the hotel. It was always fantastic and friendly, especially the room maids. I was happy to note that they had installed an ATM machine as I had previously suggested that be done. My only two complaints are 1). The tour groups staying there are very noisy.Upon arrival and departure they basically take over the hotel and cause huge delays with the lifts in the morning. We had to walk down from the 10th floor on a number of occasions. 2). The parking is a headache. The new security staff were very rude and showed no respect to us and would not allow even temporary parking out the front of the hotel when we and our guests returned from our wedding. We had to walk from the almost full carpark next door, which was embarrasing for my new wife !! No provision is made for hotel guest parking when conventions are held there. Once again, we were treated rudely by the overly officious parking security staff and we had to park a considerable distance from the hotel and catch a tuk tuk back. We stayed there in a suite for 2 weeks and I would have thought they would have taken better care of us as far as provision of better parking facilities. So don t stay there if you need to park a car.	Once again no problems with the booking. Great service. Thank you.
Ian Mounstephen 2008-06-10 until 2008-06-12	The Color Living Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi This is a fine hotel.Rooms are very clean and spacious.Staff are friendly.The pool(a short tuk tuk ride or walk away)is quiet and well designed.I d ceratainly stay again and it s very good value. My 2 negative comments are the European breakfast buffet is limited(Asian is fine)and that it s nowhere near the airport(I didn t book it as an airport hotel so this wasn t a problem for me). Overall very good and I m difficult to please!	Excellent and efficient as usual.

The staff were pleasant, friendly and always helpful. My stay there was totally enjoyable. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and I could not fault their service. THANK YOU! The room rate was good value and I will certainly stay there again soon. The only downsides were the hotel is a long way from the airport and the pool is not inside the hotel complex which made it difficult to use frequently. I also think the hotel needs to have an ATM installed, so that guests do not have to go out on to the streets at night to find the ATM.	Booking was as easy as you could hope for. Fast, efficient and without fault. THANK YOU.

The taxi ride took up to 45 minutes, depending on traffic. If you don t have a map or directions written in Thai, the taxi driver will have great difficulties finding the hotel. No windows (or only a very milky one) and no balcony. The swimming pool is a 3 min walk away, very nice though. Would probably stay more central in town next time even if travelling on the next day.
Katarena & Max 2007-09-29 until 2007-09-30	The Color Living Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi A bit misleading as it s not that close to the airport, still around 30 min drive (non peak times!), hotel staff were very helpful & clean rooms however I only recommend if you need somewhere functional when catching an early flight the next day. The Novotel seems to be the only hotel within close proximity to the airport but at a price.	No problems, very convenient
Robert Goldmann 2007-09-24 until 2007-09-25	The Color Living Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi Really a nice choice. New, very well appointed, friendly, clean, excellent service. (Toilet wasn t working properly but inspite of late hour took care of it in 10 minutes after calling housekeeping). We left at 6 am and didn t have a chance to sample to breakfast, but it looked great and had an incredible variety of dishes to suit all east-west tastes. It is a 300 Baht ride from the airport--about 30 minutes IF the driver knows where it is. Neither ours, nor the dispatchers at the airport knew where it was based on our roman-character address for the hotel. Everyone was very nice, very helpful. Not much English competence, but we all managed somehow. I would go back and do recommend it for a changing-planes stop-over.	Fine. No problems.
Richard Wakeling 2007-09-21 until 2007-09-22	The Color Living Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi e place new and tiled throughout - but very noisy because of internal sounds bouncing all over the tiled surfaces. Extra friendly and helpfull front desk BUT it is NOT close to the airport and was over 20 minutes and a 300BHT cab ride - if they only knew where it was. This is a new hotel and well appointed so over time it will be known and I presume well worth using.	Excellent as always - No 1 agent for any Sth East Asia trip - I have used them for over ten years.
