Very big and confortable rooms, very good and fashion swiming pool and jacuzzi and well situated...just a 2 minutes walking from beach KATA.	All very well. Thanks sawadee.com. We already booked two more hotels in Railay and the final days in BKK.
Steven Suwandi 2008-09-23	Sugar Palm Kata Resort & Spa, Kata beach Great Hotel! just as in the pictures they published on the internet. only 5 minutes walk to the greatest beach in phuket. from my travel on patong-karon-kata. kata is the best location for beach-goers. hotel room is very update - chic and contemporary. but the age of the hotel is starting to show in these rooms. you still get the old-style flurry; blanket instead of a doona. the dvd rentals are great if you do not understand half of the language on TV. swimming pool is very clean and nice for a plunge in the afternoon. overall, will certainly come back if they can keep the standards of the room next year.	very good, thank you so much sawasdee!
sky 2008-08-20	Sugar Palm Kata Resort & Spa, Kata beach My second stay here (first one in 2006 when it just started operation) A very nice hotel. Clean,cute and very helpful staff. Free wifi, free desktop for public use, free Vedio (DVD player in room). The Spa is also very nice with promotion rate (buy one get one free for some packages) or coupon of 800 B for all hotel guests. Hotel is not on beachfront, but 2 mins walk to beach.	very good, good price and responsible staff

The pool was perfect for escaping the heat or just relaxing. Kata beach was just a short walk from the hotel. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here.	Very happy with the booking service. Would definetly use again.

But a little overpriced for what you get if paying the full rack rate. Breakfast was pretty boring. Location is pretty good, just a 1 minute walk to Kata beach.	Great as always. Thanks.

We have stayed here 3 times before and were very pleased but this time we felt that it was the last time. From our poolaccess room there was a connected door to another room where we could see our nabour walking in the room. Also heard everyting what they said. The cleaning isn´t good anymore. Our daughter had lots of insects in their poolview room. We had a rat behind the tv every night. The breakfast wasn´t the same anymore.Staff have lost their thai hospitality.It was very noisy and can not reach the points it had only a year ago. Quantity more than quality actually....We moved out earlier
Ulla Mattsson 2008-03-27 until 2008-03-29	Sugar Palm Kata Resort & Spa, Kata beach Nice and clean hotel rooms, but the pool area is little bit to small with few sunbeds and no sun in the afternoon. The Hotel is well located in the more quiet part of Kata Beach, only few minutes walk to the beach and close-to several good restaurants.	The booking works fine and easy as always.

It is very close to the beach, has a lot of activity nearby, and has a clean pool and rooms. I ve been here in SE asia for 2 weeks now, staying at 5 different hotels and Sugar Palm was the best of the 5. It had a bath tub, balcony, new fixtures, and nice staff that spoke english sufficiently. Also it was nice to have free internet and a decent breakfast (although it was the standard here, which one gets sick of). I d definitely stay at SP again, assuming I wanted to go to Kata beach.	I used sawadee to book hotels accross Thailand and would definitely recommend them. They were responsive to emails, allowed me to alter reservations easily, and provided quality service. Thumbs up.
