Janet Elizabeth Sykes 2008-06-14 until 2008-06-24	Smile House Resort, Bophut Beach Smile House is wonderfully located in Fisherman s Village, Koh Samui. It is basic, but neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was a fair selection of western TV stations to fall asleep to! Breakfast was all that was needed (not a huge selection, but certainly enough for a good meal) Lunch and dinner menus and food was excellent. Fresh, appetising and well presented. The staff were all freindly and the rooms were cleaned very quickly and efficiently in the mornings. I unfortunatly learned of the death of my father whilst I was there and had difficulty trying to get back to Singapore from Koh Samui as all the flights were full. Whilst the hotel staff tried to help, I felt that they could have been a bit more forthcoming with suggestions and assistance. I do understand though, that this was a situation out of the norm, and people didn t quite know what to do. All in all, I would recommend Smile House as a great and restful place to stay. Good value for money too.	Easy and straightforward. Response time on queries was exceptionally fast. I felt as though I was a person, not just a booking number! Well done.
LOUET 2008-04-21 until 2008-05-02	Smile House Resort, Bophut Beach Very pleasant stay in a comfortable, spacious hotel, situated in a paradisiac place. Very good service and adorable staff. To recommend and stay to begin again	easy to access at this service. Well made, very clear indications.

Lush gardens, clean and inviting swimming pool areas, lovely beach bar and restaurant serving very reasonably priced and enticing food but most of all clean and spacious bungalows and villas. And a major plus point they were serviced everyday no matter what time we stumbled out of bed. Would most certainly recommend this place to friends and family. Tracy, April 2008

Mats Svensson 2008-03-10 until 2008-03-17	Smile House Resort, Bophut Beach We were two adults and two children (8 & 11 YO) staying in a deluxe bungalow just outside the pool and near the reception. The room was lovely and there were no problem to sleep three in the big bed. The staff was very good - especially the staff in the restaurant. Very polite and eager to serve well! The location is probably the best in Bophut area - very close to the beach and Fisherman Village. We will definitely return to Smile House if we revisit Bophut.	Excellent as usual. This is a booking service you really can trust.

Rooms were really clean and comfortable, staff very helpful, gardens a tropical paradise and both pools in excellent condition. It was very quiet - no trolleys rolling down the path or noisy vacuum cleaners when staff doing the cleaning. We loved eating at the restaurant with beautiful views straight out over the ocean - we plan to return to Smile House again.	Booking service was quick and efficient and would definitely use them again.
