We have returned many times to this hotel. Peaceful location and wonderful private beach. You can snorkel over the mini reef and see lots of fish. No noisy jet skis and hawkers. Staff are delightful, good choice of restaurants and rooms very comfortable.Bit far from Patong, but that s part of the attraction for us! Good shuttle service to various parts of the Island. Some good local restaurants also. Lovely views from the rooms also. Beach is best thing...palm trees for shade and still plenty of lovely tree cover around the backdrop to the hotel. We love it!

Nice and peacefull hotel - the perfect start for a holiday. Not so many shops in the area, but the hotel has a shuttel arrangement that works fine. Especially the beach is super - daytime perfect for swimming - also for children - and in the afternoon during the tide, you can actually walk out to the fishes in the reef. Some of the staff at Cape Panwa does not seem to be so service orientated and polite as we are used to in Thailand. The people in the reception is not very familiar with the english language. Perfect arrangement when you leave the hotel. You are then invited to a waiting room with possibility to have a bath and you can watch tv., have coffee, tea, cakes and very good service. Very nice take off. BEST TIP: Walk from the hotel and turn right towards the small shops just at the hill - and find the restaurant called HILL TOP. Be there around sunset - and then order the Tom Yang Kai soup. Excellent view, food and staff.

One again very smootless - everythings just perfect.

This hotel was awful in every way! It felt like beeing on a cruise. All package meal deals (buy 10 coupons get 3 meals free!) - facepaintings, batik, thai cooking lessons, you name it. It is so big - like beeing on a big ship - just longing to get off. Staff was not unfriendly but... you know.. It s to big to get to know you or your needs. And the hotel takes pride in welcoming the ones thats been here like 13 times instead of knowledge you on your first stay. The room standard is also variying - we booked 2 suites, one was on the topfloor, views, big bathroom, 2 TV sets, lounge areas etc. The second suite was on the bottom floor, with greeneries growing making the room dark and mouldy, no sitting area and only 1 TV set - and still you pay the same price! I dont recomend this hotel to anyone - for the price you pay here you can get a better luxury hotel in Phuket and far more stylish. Just face it - the colonial times are over!

I just love sawadee.com. Everything is always perfect handled! Thanx!

From check in to check out at Cape Panwa Hotel we received excellent service which only added to our fabulous holiday. We stayed in a Jacuzzi Suite room that had a great view over the water and was delighted that it was always clean and fresh and the jacuzzi was health checked every day. Breakfast was buffet style and was always good quality and plentiful. The beach is a good one and laying on the beach beds there or beside the pool was very relaxing. We will certainly return to Cape Panwa Hotel when we go back to Phuket.

Easy and convenient. Look forward to using the service again.

This is a very nice hotel to stay during the monsoon season. For those not familiar, the monsoon season is inconvenient not for the rain, which happens but usually don t last long and actually cools the place, but for the strong waves which makes it impossible to swim in many beaches on the west coast of Phuket. The beach at Cape Panwa Hotel is calm, clean and relatively pretty. The beach is also quite private, and closed to outsiders. There are plenty of small fishes you can see snorkeling without swimming too far from shore. Rooms are nice, but not luxurious. One downside is the limited choice of restaurants in the immediate area. One recommendation is the seafood restaurant close to the nearby Bay Hotel.

efficient. though the hotel did not realized that i already prepaid the airport transfer and delayed my checkout by 1/2 hour while they confirmed it.

This hotel/resort was magnificent! The location was secluded and very private-with beautiful beaches surrounding the resort. The staff was very friendly and most accomodating. Everything about this experience was perfect! Highly recommended!!
