Vorakul Hongsevanich 2008-02-29 until 2008-03-01	Fairtex Sports Club & Hotel, Pattaya, North Rd. The service at Hotel s reception is unacceptable. She did not have service mind at all. When I arrive there the reception said that she did not have my booking data then she cannot open room for me. Even I show her a voucher she said that I book with agency I did not book with Fairtex then she cannot take responsibility. And she never show her attitude or service mind at all to help solve customer s problem. It s seem like my fault that I book with agency not booking directly with Fairtex. I try to contact Sawasdee but it s 10 pm already then I cannot get help from Sawasdee. I have to ask for her manager number and dial from my own mobile phone to contact her manager. After this the problem can be solved.	Sawasdee must have 24 hr. hotline service or atleast post emergency contact number. If customer have issue after 9 pm they will know who can help
