Bangsaen Beach Hotel, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach plumbing did not work, took two hours to get settled into room after several tries, noisy construction going on throughout the day NEXT to and ABOVE our room, beach was very polluted first day, food in hotel was good, staff pleasant	all went smoothly

Main issue was no lift which made it a struggle to get to the top floor with a baby and all her stuff . Hotel also said no baby beds but we saw one in the room next to us.	Good
Tim Whitney 2008-01-28 until 2008-01-31	S.S. Bangsaen Beach Hotel, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach I visited this hotel in 2007, and found it to be satisfactory for my needs. However during this visit I found that almost all of the staff was anywhere from unfriendly to outright discourtious! Also, I cannot vouch for all of the rooms, but my room, while clean, was rather threadbear, and very very used! Also breakfast was generally cold. No fires under the warming pans for eggs or ham. The coffee was actually quite good. Again, the staff at breakfast were not at all friendly! Later this winter when I go back to Bang Saen, I think I will try another hotel.	The booking service was exceptional, as usual. I have used this servce several times, and have not had any problems with it.
Anil Nair 2008-01-25 until 2008-01-27	S.S. Bangsaen Beach Hotel, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach Well the rooms were just normal. Bed Sheets not clean.. the location of the hotel is ok. I requested for sea vieaw and i got it.. but when i came out to the balcony i saw lot of birds sitting there and the place was bit dirty so i did not enjoy my evening sitting in my balcony thats what i liked to do. The break fast for just simple as I saw many local people staying there so its natural to have thai break fast. overall for the price you pay its just ok. I would not stay in this hotel again.	Exellent service though the wait time for the electronic voucher is bit delayed but still i enjoy the services. I am using this service since last 2-3 years... Good luck Sawadee.com
Michael Clarke 2007-06-10 until 2007-06-13	S.S. Bangsaen Beach Hotel, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach Nice hotel. Only disadvantage is that it doesn t have lifts. Awkward for a guest with a bad back. Limited menu choice for breakfast.	Good service - will continue to use in the future.
Langlois Stephane 2006-10-30 until 2006-10-31	S.S. Bangsaen Beach Hotel, Chonburi, Bangsaen Beach Please read the booking service comment as well. The hotel is far away from anything but the beach, the beach is across the road so that s great. For dinner it s better to use the taxi bus that stop near the hotel and go downtown. The room was very very spacious (took a sea view one) and guess what you see the sea (alhtough there is not much to see as it s a long flat beach with palmtrees)... Everything was clean and the minibar had a very good choice of drink. Staff spoke decent english. Breakfast is bad and could not even have an extra toast for free, so just take it for it s included but that will remind you school canteen. Baengsen is a resort far away from Pattaya so there are very few foreigners, it;s probably cheaper and feels quite nice, sadly lost a lot of time to get there...Would go again.	I was furious as Sawadee advertise it under the Pattaya area, I got myself to the bus stop asking a bus for Pattaya after 4 bloody hours of bus, once arrived there I was told that it s not Pattaya is 40 miles away from it, it s actually closer to Bangkok. So I had to find someone to take me back to Baengsen and lost another 3h on the way back, after 7 hours of bus and taxi bus I finally got their and enjoyed less than 2 hours of beach, I was furious at having lost 6h in transport for nothing, this defenitly spoiled my trip, so please do adsvertise it as being between Bangkok and Pattaya but by no means Pattaya s area. Aside from this massive error, the booking was as efficient as always, and I will use it again
