Jean Kraus 2009-10-10	Baan Bayan, Hua Hin Beach, Petchkasem Rd. Large room, very clean, in great location on the beach. I small observation the bathrooms appear newly renovated but need a better shower right now it is a flexable hose that fires water everywhere, please put in a rain shower you have them outside by the pool. This is my one and only complaint, I enjoyed my stay and will be back.	Good as usual

Also the breakfast is rudimentary and approves want remaining. That bungalow was cleaned, however, daily very much cleanly and gotten freshly. Receive very well. The bars relatively small and in spite of renovation of the swimming pool no discount was given.

Smaller boutique hotel with direct access to beach away from the busier resort areas.Excellent staff aways willing to help and most welcoming.Small breakfast menu available with both european and thai options served by friendly staff. Some rooms being refurbished while we stayed which is probably required as some paint work needs refreshing.Handy shopping mall a short walk away and not far by hotel shuttle to night market and the busy shopping area, fishing pier and restaurants.A restful place to stay in a tradional Thai style,would loved to have stayed longer.	Booking was efficient with quick replies and confirmation.

Hans VAN RAALTE 2009-01-23	Baan Bayan, Hua Hin Beach, Petchkasem Rd. Upon check-in hotel gave impression of somewhat lost glory, but after a few days we felt this as an advantage, moreover as hotel is not too big! Hotelstaff very friendly with sufficient english knowledge. They surprised me on check-out day with some small htl presents as it was then my birthday--very attentive/thoughtfull. No negative points--If back in Huahin, will be bach to Baan Bayan Room with seaview definite okay, bfst okay and good variety. Location opposite shopping mall and some 12 minutes walking from village centre. Htl has own beach area with free chair/towel facility, next to free beach area with (cheap) food & bev.& massage facilities.	Like always--very professional and good had a few days later discussion with htl staff in Bangkok--was immediately solved by Sawadee.com after one phonecall!

Staff very low key (sometimes to the point of not giving information such as when the beach was closed). Location is right on the beach and view is nice. Horses for hire on the beach can be annoying. Hotel food was good.	Booking service was easy and everything was in place on arrival.
