Raymond Gutshall 2009-10-07	Casa Jip Guesthouse, Patong Beach Hotel was clean, pleasant atmosphere. I asked for bottom floor , due to disabilities of 2 of us. We were not told that there were no rooms on bottom floor, but only 1 floor up. No lift! Very tight, steep stairs. VERY difficult for disabled people!	Sawadee was the Go between us customers, and Hotel. THEY didn t insure that WE disabled had ground floor rooms. This Hotel can be booked through other agents.
Hakan Nilsson 2009-04-09	Casa Jip Guesthouse, Patong Beach i stay at casa jip 3 weeks and i will certanly stay there again,,very nice owner with his wife,,cleaning service excellent no pushing and they clean room what ever time u go out and breakfast served as roomservice at anytime to cheap price,,nice rooms also.
Paul Timmins 2009-03-26	Casa Jip Guesthouse, Patong Beach Quite, clean,budget hotel at budget price. Nico, the owner very pleasant and helpful. Situated in the right part of town away from the lunacy but close enough to walk to. Great Thai restaurant at end of road called Pums-best in town The only problem with the hotel was ,the cleaners kept leaving the windows open ,so it was mosquito central when you came in -but Nico would spray when asked.	Easy as falling off a log

Shaun Gallop 2009-02-04	Casa Jip Guesthouse, Patong Beach FANTASTIC STAY!!! FANTASTIC STAFF!!! We stayed at the Casa Jip for 2 weeks, the guesthouse has a fantastic location and is extremely clean, rooms are cleaned and towels changed on a daily basis. We would highly recommend a stay in this guesthouse and would not hesitate in returning.

NG QIHUI 2008-12-22	Casa Jip Guesthouse, Patong Beach Good location in Patong, just a few minutes walk to the beach and of cos to the main center of hip and happenings. Other den the bed which lacked a good support for the back, I found every thing to be ok. Relatively clean room with proper room service.	Fast and efficient.
June Yang 2008-12-21	Casa Jip Guesthouse, Patong Beach nice-sized room with fluffy pillows and lots of shelf space. no window but well-lit. aircon was quiet which was great! there was this stale smell initially but gone once aircon was on. lots of channels on tv. no internet but ADSL internet shop nearby at 1 baht/min. w/in walking distance to many shops and a touristy beach.	fast, efficient, and easy to use. i was a bit worried about prepaying for everything online (which i wanted to do) but didn t have any problems. fast, comprehensive response to emails and calls.
Heikki & Apitchaya 2008-12-20	Casa Jip Guesthouse, Patong Beach Good guesthouse with good location at Patong. Personel was friendly and their service was good as well. We will definately stay there again, when visiting Phuket/Patong next time.	Excellent as always, even with short notice of 2 days
