Oliver Martens 2009-01-02	New Day-Night Hotel, Pattaya, South Rd. My girlfriend & I find the hotel not very nice; when see outside was already disappointed , staff at reception not really nice, deluxe room wasn t really good furnished & look like little dirty ; don t know how are normal room. Breakfast was really not good. Bad experience.	Booking easy to do, confirmation of available or not very quick, confirmation of payment also quick. Very Good Service
Carlton Cash 2008-12-29	New Day-Night Hotel, Pattaya, South Rd. Unlike what the name implies, this hotel is not new . The halls and rooms are very basic and could use some renovation. The lobby is nice, though. It s been remodeled, though I wish they would turn on some lights during the day. The location is adequate, being walking distance to the beach and Walking Street. The best thing about the place is the staff, they are friendly and very efficient. I had some lost luggage trouble and the main guy at the desk helped me get it delivered later from the Bangkok airport.
Pham Huong Giang 2008-02-05 until 2008-02-07	New Day-Night Hotel, Pattaya, South Rd. the hotel s location is really convenient to get anywhere. However, the staff there hardly speak any English so it was difficult for us to communicate when we want to ask something. When we were there, there was some road repairation work nearby so it was really noisy n disturbing in the morning. The breakfast was served quite short, it would be better if it is served until 11am :)	when u r booking online through credit card, u r charged the whole payment, not 10% deposit payment like in other booking service, which is inconvenient if u want to cancel the booking.
Susumu Kawamoto 2007-12-20 until 2007-12-28	New Day-Night Hotel, Pattaya, South Rd. I booked this hotel because it was the only one I could find online with a room available. Now I know why - It is the worst hotel ever. This hotel is nowhere close to New . It must be 30-40 years old. They don t provide any small hand/face towels. The bed doesn t have sheets that fit it - they use 3-4 small pieces that move off. The desk staff is very unfriendly and rude. The dining area and breakfast buffet is dirty and unappetizing - cannot even relax and eat. They have huge low class bus tour groups that make you fee uncomfortable. From the first day, I felt that security was lacking - from hotel staff and the guests. Don t stay at this hotel.	Booking service was okay. They should provide a better more representative description of the hotel. Their hotel location map is erroneous. It is further away from the main road and transportation than they show it
