Eastern Grand Palace, Pattaya, Sukhumvit Rd. The hotel is very nice and beautiful but in a quiet area. If you looking for a hotel near to the beach or nightlife you have to travel 3km. The staff is not speaking good English that s why you can have misscommunications but the manager is very friendly en trustful. |
On the website of Sawadee is written about this hotel that the hotel has internetfacilities, massage and spa and entertainment. I don t see anything of this. I ve made a reservation because the things above but this wasn t reality. Because I didn t like the location Sawadee did our best for us and the booked us to another hotel. The service of sawadee and the answers of my questions were satisfied. |

Eastern Grand Palace, Pattaya, Sukhumvit Rd. The hotel is large, with a quiet and comfortable environment. It is about 20min s drive from the city centre, each time we paid 200Baht for the taxi to the city centre. If you want to enjoy a quiet holiday then I would suggest this hotel. The rate is cheap and is worth to stay. The staff is nice and polite and helpful, but the house keeping staff can only speak little English. The breakfast has little choice the taste is not very good. But overall, I like the hotel. |
