Yupaporn In. 2009-06-21	Best Western Pattaya, Pattaya, North Rd. It is peaceful and wonderful accomodation. The interior is colourful along with the modern furniture. Although the pool is not comfortable for the disability one, everything is fine because the good and friendly service.	Good service. The reservation procedure is not complicated.
Paul Carpenter 2009-05-05	Best Western Pattaya, Pattaya, North Rd. The hotel rooms where really nice and modern, if the walls a little thin allowing some noise through. The hotel staff where pleasant and polite. The hotels situation is nice if you dont want to be in the middle of all the night life. Its only a 5 minute journey by Baht bus or if you feel lively you could walk from the Hotel to the lively soi 7 or 8 but Walking Street a litle to far to walk. My only real complaint is the Hotel is situated at the end of a long driveway. There was supposed to be a hotel car available 24 - 7 to take you to the end of the drive and pick you up from the end of the drive. When I needed it I could never find the driver.	Used Sawadee many many times and never had any problems.
anatawan 2009-04-11	Best Western Pattaya, Pattaya, North Rd. l loveI the hotel for its quiet location and room with a panoramic seaview. Breakfast was good and the staff (at restaurant and front desk) were friendly. The only downsides were the thin walls and the unbearable smell the toilet gave whenever it rained. And because of this, I m advised (by my husband) against coming back which I think is a real pity. I hope the hotel will look into this problem and have fix it before it gets worse.	Excellent, as always!
Rattikorn Intrachai 2009-03-23	Best Western Pattaya, Pattaya, North Rd. Very nice hotel,I stayed at pool view room on the 22rd ,march 2009.The room is big and clean. Breakfast is good.The pool is small but clean.One thing I don t like is it s far from the beach ,many steps to go there.	Very good !!
David 2009-02-08	Best Western Pattaya, Pattaya, North Rd. Nice room, very new and clean. Location is near the beach, but it is still a bit of a walk to anywhere. The hotel building occupies the whole block of land, no garden no atmosphere outside the hotel. I believe better value at other places in this price range with nice garden settings. But if all you want is a nice room, this place is good.	Good as always

We were in this hotel 5 days, I like this hotel very much, good breakfast, very convinient and quiet location (infront of Dusit hotel), well furnitured rooms pleasant staff, and of course democtratic prices.	Booking services was convienient and proffesional.
Mr. Alfredo Perez 2009-01-10	Best Western Pattaya, Pattaya, North Rd. the hotel look nice as I see it when they started to build that was why we went there but I wont going back the sereve was not the best and the rooms let to much noise in when the doors were closed could hear the phones ring alnight and other guest coming and going the door had a big crackthough it and you could see that it had been broken the breakfast was not the best and staff were not very helpful when you asked questions they look at you blank I would not stay there again as I would rate it as a 1 star place.	the booking sereve I haveno commplates about as we have always used it and everyone we have spoke to there has be very helpful
Thierry Guy 2008-09-19	Best Western Pattaya, Pattaya, North Rd. Very Nice surprise. Rooms are modern and large for Pattaya. Close to everything but away from all the noise and traffic. Would highly recommend for the business traveler.	always good!
Patty 2008-09-14	Best Western Pattaya, Pattaya, North Rd. Yes, it s new & nice room but you need to seaview room or pool view only ! Not much bakery or ice cream or dessert if want. Anyway, our family had have a nice weekend.	No message to my mobile as such. Khun Jaeb forgot me !!! The reception want to a voucher but we haven t them after payment online at night and go out early moring to pattaya. We just need to find out a place for check email and print voucher show them. It s non-convenient as such !
