G.j.j. de Jonge 2009-07-23	Imperial Chiang Mai Resort Spa, Mae Rim Good hotel, ditto services, huge pool. Hotel was deserted, we were one of the very few guests. Extremely cheap, we paid only 1000B for a room. Don´t book trips via the hotel, booking the same ones on the night market is much cheaper.	Fast, reliable and efficient
Elizabeth Bird 2009-07-16	Imperial Chiang Mai Resort Spa, Mae Rim Wonderful service by reception staff and restaurant staff. Rooms clean and comfy. Hotel is quite a way from city which can be advantage in that you are away from hustle and bustle but expense to travel to and from city.	Excellent.
Raymond F. Werner 2009-06-15	Imperial Chiang Mai Resort Spa, Mae Rim Pool was great. Hotel is starting to show its age. Staff was very nice. Breakfast wasn t very good. Staff didn t keep pool area and pool furniture clean.

All the staff where extremly friendly and helpful. Quiet location. Will definitely stay there again in future.	Good, Good.
D White 2008-03-08 until 2008-03-09	Imperial Chiang Mai Resort Spa, Mae Rim ok hotel, but thought that it would have been better since Imperial started to manage it. Location is not so good not in C.M. but not in Mae Rim either. You need transport to stay here. Pool is huge, but other sports activities are not maintained and cost extra. It was very quiet in March, hence no buffet breakfast, just order from a menu. If you want to be out of town stay in Mae Rim and get a better experience.	Always good.
James Lombardi 2007-03-18 until 2007-03-22	Imperial Chiang Mai Resort Spa, Mae Rim very nice resort, we enjoyed our stay. it is about 30 minutes outside of the main town, but the free shuttle service worked out great. it took us into town around 6 for dinner and picked us up at 10. during the day we did tours so we only wanted to be in town in the evenings. the room was nice and the bathrooms were clean. the staff was very nice and helpful. i would recommend it as a good place to stay.	fast and reliable, no problems.
Andrew Salisbury 2006-10-25 until 2006-10-28	Imperial Chiang Mai Resort Spa, Mae Rim Outstanding. A 40 odd room hotel with what seems like hundreds of staff who are available and willing to cater for your every need. The hotel is 7km out of town but runs free minibus services to town and back at 1000, 1400, 1800 and 2200 daily so, although out of town it really makes no difference. The hotelis quiet and in a delightful setting with loads of birdsong etc. The duplex rooms are huge, clean and exceptionally well priced. The pool is 50m x 25m,immaculately clean and, apart from one occasion we were the only people in it - the maximum we ever saw in it was 6. The included breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is reasonably priced for other meals. All in all, a super hotel at a very reasonable price with all the advantages of being out of town whilst only being 30 minutes away from the centre. My only gripe is that there is no wirelss internet access - you can however pop into the office behind reception and use their internet PC s but wireless access in the lobby would be far better.	The Sawadee booking service was quick and efficient. I booked one hour ahead of arriving at the hotel - the reservation had already been faxed through by Sawadee. This is the second time I have used them - both times without a hitch. The Sawadee prices for this hotel are cheaper than booking direct with the hotel.
