VENETIA FERNANDES 2009-08-08	SC Sathorn Boutique Hotel, Sathorn Road Hotel staff are nice. Location is very bad No shops, supermarket or restaurants close to hotel. The walk to train station is very long and it is not possible to go walking with kids Internet service is free but you pay Baht 320 for the connection in the room otherwise you have to go to lobby to use the internet. Not many TV channels and no kids at all for kids. No washing machine Kitchen amenities very poor, not many items, the knives are blunt, no cutting board, dishes are small etc. No recreation facilities for kids to do anything during their stay. This place is good for people without kids as there is nothing to do inside the hotel, it is not a friendly atmosphere because you feel you are the only tenants living there. The welcome to the hotel on the 1st day was excellent and the staff on duty are pleasant but you can hardly see any staff around the place the rest of the time and one would fee unsafe and scared especially if they are returning late evening with kids. The entrance to the hotel for taxis is through the underground parking of the building and taxi drivers are always confused and cannot find their way easily to this hotel. The pictures on the website are good and so we selected the hotel because we only see the hotel rooms and few other areas which can be deceiving. I paid for 8 nights and stayed only 3 nights. Swadee.com helped me transfer to another hotel immediately at no extra cost.	EXCELLENT AND PROMPT ACTION BY ALL STAFF AT SAWADEE.COM, WILL DEFINITELY USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

Aaron irani 2009-03-10	SC Sathorn Boutique Hotel, Sathorn Road absolutely fantastic, if u are looking for an oasis in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of bangkok then this hotel is for you, it is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood of sathorn,a little inside but once you are there you will enjoy the serene and calm, the rooms are big , clean and very luxurious. the bathrooms were with a bathtub and very well maintained, the microwave oven and the crockery and cutlery provided was of immense benefit of heating up a meal and eating right there. very polite staff and a good breakfast all added up to a wonderful stay in this hotel. for the price paid it was 5 star luxury at half the rate, looking forward to my stay there again.	the booking is prompt but u cannot cancel your reservation as there is no refund, so be very very sure.
