KUMAR KARTIKEY GARIMA SINGH 2009-10-31	Citadines Bangkok Sukhumvit 11, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 hotel was very good . but the onlt thing which bugged was the manager over there . he was asking to keep my credit card with him .... no one can give his card to stranger . when i straight away said no , then he said to deposit 1000 baht . i dont know for what stupid reason he wanted that .... i booked various hotel through sawadee at phi phi , krabi , phuket . but no one asked for any deposit when we checked in . but only at bangkok citadines they were keeping our credit card and they were asking for 1000 baht deposit...

Elvera 2009-10-24	Citadines Bangkok Sukhumvit 11, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 The rooms are good, but don t expect any extra service. When we arrived we asked the employee of the reception whether it was possible to have a late check out, offcourse against extra payment. He told us yes that it was possible against an extra payment of 1000 baht. We agreed, and we wanted to pay, the employee told us no no problem you can pay tomorrow. The next morning we went to the reception to pay for the late check out. So we told that to the new receptionist. Than he suddenly said that it wasn t possible. We than had to pay the full day. After a long discussion we dicided that we didn t even wanted to stay there any longer, and we went to another hotel to spent a half day! So my conclusion, I will never go there again. The receptionists were unpolite and not helpfull at al.	great

James Nicholas Speed 2009-09-22	Citadines Bangkok Sukhumvit 11, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 11 Good location and rooms but breakfast the worst I have ever had - Cold fried eggs , stale bread , OJ from a bottle much too sweet - a very bad selection - there are a couple of places close by for bfst so don t bother to get it included in the rate .	good service as usual
