Eugene Leong Kong Yew 2009-11-10	Bally`s Studio Suite, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Fantastically clean rooms. Such a delight to come back after a long day shopping to a clean room and service by all staff - from doorman to reception to housekeeping was fantastic! Only the location was a little difficult to find at first. Will definitely use this hotel again and will tell my friends about it....	Fantastic! Easy to book & guaranteed room
Christopher Gander 2009-08-18	Bally`s Studio Suite, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 this was a great place for more than two people (we had four adults in comfort). Good facilities including basic cooking! Pool was great. Food in the morning boring. Taxis very available and cheaper than four on Skytrain!! Open all hours and centre of town but not noisy.	can t fault the booking service. quick, ontime and available by Internet. Will definately use again and recommend

claudio ubaldini 2008-11-22	Bally`s Studio Suite, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Dal 19/11/08 al 22/11/08 Buon rapporto qualità prezzo,pulizia buona come la prima colazione,staff ok(io sono arrivato alle 07am,nessun problema per il check-in e nessun sovraprezzo). Ubicato in zona centrale,all angolo finale di una soi tranquilla, stretta e difficle da raggiungere per la prima volta dai taxi,a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dello skytrain,oppure chiedendo alla hall dell albergo si può usare un tuk-tuk a disposizione dei clienti per raggiungere la fermata stessa.Posso dire concludendo di essere rimasto soddisfatto nell insieme dell hotel.	Nessun problema tutto ok
William Douglas Walker 2008-11-09	Bally`s Studio Suite, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Very bad service. We have to ring reception manty times for any service that we required. Also, when we left, we unfortunately, made a mistake and left behind a small parcel of valuables that we had left in the safe. We rang the hotel when we arrived in KL that evening, who found the parcel. We asked them to forward the parcel on to us in Australia via a courier company. I gave them my credit card number to charge the cost etc. After 5 days, they refused to perform this simple request saying their management did not allow them to send it. Extremely bad service for a hotel in a major tourist destination like Bangkok. In the end I had to contact a courier service and organise for the parcel to be picked up and sent to us. I am just hoping that the contents arrive safely and have not been tampered with. The attitude of the hotel does not give me much confidence. Doug Walker
Shaul Shwimmer 2008-07-07 until 2008-07-09	Bally`s Studio Suite, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Bally s Studio Suite is a very good hotel and have a great value for your money. The studio room was big with a king bed big TV with a DVD in room. Free DVD movies in reception and free fast internet in room. The only con is the narrow way to the hotel you can be killed easily by a car there. I got a taxi to the airport at 10pm and my wife at 4AM easily actually it was organized by the hotel staff as we called them 5 minutes before we wanted the taxi. I will come back.	very good
Bearcat 2008-01-20 until 2008-01-25	Bally`s Studio Suite, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Hotel is a little too basic for the price. Everything is clean and works, but if you spend any time in the room you will want more comfort (only one chair). Breakfast is OK, staff is very friendly, but not always helpful. Location is 15-20 min walk from BTS down a soi that has no room for both cars and pedestrians. The hotel has a complementary tuk tuk, but the only time I tried to use it they could not find a driver. For the same money, there is much better value available, and I probably would not stay again unless everything else was full.	I have used many times and find them very reliable
