Very friendly staff, a nice wellcom, nothing is a problem (thank you Ann.), a relaxed place in Chiang Mai. Located 10 minutes by taxi from the center. The villas are very nice in a green garden, a island in the city. Good Restaurant.	Very easy without any problems.
