Ying Wang 2009-09-29	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road I have to say that I was shocked after check-in at night. The family suite is horribly poor, old and dirty. Fortunately the night -shift staff felt sorry about it and offered 3 others of the same room type (with one having one lizard on the ceiling in one of the bedroom). The staff was not in the position of changing room type so we stayed at one of the family suite whose a/c works for the 1st sleepless and upset night-- a LOT of noise as a result of the outside dated a/c machines belonging to other rooms that lined up closely to my room. My 1st time to BKK was nearly ruined by the bad expression the hotel had given to me. The manager gave us 2 standard rooms without surcharge was the only relief however we didn t had the luck of the delux room which is the ONLY standard hotel room one would imagine. The location is fine, walking distance to the shopping area when you are not tired and don t want to be stuck in the traffic jam. I wish I had never been to that hotel and had experienced all that during my 1st time in the city!	quick, thanks for the work

L Marcelino 2009-09-05	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road The hotel is located in a little lane way and taxi s found it difficult to locate. Check in was easy and ran smoothly. Front desk staff welcoming and very friendly. However, I found it extremely difficult to locate information on tours, day trips and things to do and see while in Bangkok. Hotel did not provide facilities and information provided was incorrect (for e.g the closing time for a particular temple). Our room was newly refurbished. Breakfast buffet limited. Overall, the experience was average.	Great! Very helpful
Lester Gaunt 2009-08-24	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road A very central Hotel close to the Pratunam Markets, MBK and many other shopping centres. The Hotel itself is old and tired but still very clean, the staff were excellent and very friendly and the free breakfast was also very good. Overall I would stay there again as I think the Online price was pretty good.	As always Sawadee was excellent.
Erin Andreana Jacob 2009-08-17	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road hotel was ok with the price paid..1100B for std room & 1600B for triple..it did hav the worn out look, but since we were out most of the time it didnt really bother us. rooms were clean (didnt see any insects/roaches)..i would suggest the hotel provide a kettle in the room for guests to make hot drinks.. buffet breakfast was ok, although it was basically repeated daily.. wouldnt mind going back if travellin to bkk in future..	very fast and reliable
YY 2009-08-07	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road The hotel is located in the center of everything. 5 minutes to the best shopping locations, close to the sky-train. Good breakfast and freindly stuff. Good value for money.	Very good
Konstantin Ryabov 2009-07-20	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road The family suite we stayed in was very spacious and cozy, albeit it felt a bit old. The suit was above the kitchen and kitchen s AC outside was very loud making it hard to sleep. Breakfasts were good. Also the location was good. I may stay in the hotel again, but won t take the family suite.	No problems at all. Very fast and efficient service.

Noor Ashdi Bin Mohd Shaipon 2009-06-25	Residence Rajtaevee, Petchburi Road 4th times stay in this hotel in 2 years (2 bedrooms suite are spacious with only B2200 per night if booking through Sawadee/clean/very reasonable price), very fine hotel and all staffs are very polite and very helpful (espeacially Bell Captain Mr Jaran).Location of the hotel is excellent with middle of everything (5-10 min walking to Pantip and Platinum,10-15 min to Pratunam wholesale market/Baiyoke area and 15-20 to Cental World Plaza) have 7/11 nearby just infront of the soi. Of course it will be my hotel for everytime I come to Bangkok. Strongly recommend to all budget traveller. Overall two thumbs up.	Easy, Fast and Excellent service. Strongly recommend to all traveller who want to book hotel in Thailand. Congratulation to all Sawadee.com staffs
