A very nice and high standard money machine-hotel (nothing for free :-)) but clean, ALL staff very friendly and very very prof. makes you feel happy and welcome = nice holidays. Recommend to book rooms with seaview. Excellent restaurant. Swimmingpool under construction. Would be happy to return to this place another time.
Perfect.

Very friendly hotel staff. Beach useless at low tide and dirty from nearby pears. Stayed af room 22 Family sea wiev. This room is not recomendable for families with children as thes roomes (22A/22B) are totaly seperate room and 22B without hot shower. Noise from the ongoing poolbilding site (not mentioned at reservation). Beach front family vila looked good, however not at low tides.
Flawless service.

We stayed in the nearest family villa to the hotel restsaurant. Comfortable, clean, great views, good ambience. The villa s daybed area was a little narrow and the rail a little low - ie we had to watch noone tripped up in this area as there is a bit of a drop to the rocks below. Not a big deal, one just needs to be aware. Easy to walk into Mae Had either on the beach or on the path/road. V friendly and helpful staff who were great with the kids. The small beach there was fine for swimming although definitely better at high tide. The beach was clean and the snorkelling was also surprisingly good. All in all a great place to stay.
Great. All went very smoothly

Sensi Paradise is definately one of or the best hotel of the island. The location is set up so elegantly into the fauna that you don t feel like in a resort at all. The bungalow (312) was equiped with anything we could think of (sarong, torch, insect spray etc.) and we enjoyed the space and the luxury of having our own access to the ocean just off the balcony. Housereef is fabulous (squits, plenty of different fishes, corals etc.) and the wrack just in front of the sensi restaurant nice as well. Service was overly great, food very nice and the 5 o clock tea and the Bangkok Post to the room everyday unbeatable. We will go back for sure. (p.s. even a cold shower on Ko Tao still has approx. 30°C). Tanja & André, Germany
very professional and good.

it is a good place to your vacation, although we take our 6 years old boy, we still enjoy the trip. the regret is no swimming pool, but the room is good, it is big, comfortbale, view is good, totally said it is good at all.but when we check out, the staff tell us if use credit card, we will be charged 2.5% service fee, it make us a little of emberrace cause of no enough cash.

Koh Tao is a great place to stay, much calmer than Koh Samui, but filled with young kids under 30 years old. Probably Sensi is a sort of lux place for them, however, if you are family with kids or not back packer type or just want to relax, it s the place to stay. Staff are well trained and helpful with smile all the time. All rooms are nicely designed and located just enough distance each other. Food in the restaurant is, of course expensive than town though, very well prepared.
Thank you for your quick action and additional booking when we notice that we missed the ferry to Koh Tao.

this was a wonderful resort. Our room was very beautiful (312). the staff were incredibly helpful. nice touches like cold water and cold towels delivered to you on the beach.only drawback was the very sharp coral that is everywhere on the beach adjacent to the hotel. there are not enough warnings about this and people should ensure their children wear jelly type shoes in the water at all times. both my son and I suffered severe cuts on our feet (beautifully dressed by one of the waitresses). i would highly recommend this resort.

This resort was excellent. The rooms were clean & very private, the staff were very courteous and helpful. The beach was private and good for snorkelling. The restaurant had excellent food and not to far into the main street. Would definately stay here again. If diving use Master Divers.
Booking was very easy and had no problems. Very prompt service. Will book again with sawadee on next visit.
