Hotel, pool, bars, parlours, staff and food are all good. Unfortunately the rooms are starting to wear and it shows. It is the best in Kalasin, so check out your room first and switch if it isn t up to standard

booking service is excellent, although the deposit is same value as the FULL room charge. Hence if there are any problems, you just lose your deposit. Unfortunately, it means you get NO refund.

I think, it is the only hotel in this region with a pool, which was the important thing for us to go there with our children. We stayes one night on travelling further on. Everything was okay, clean rooms, very very big pool.

no porblems at all

Same as usual, service amd staff good. Could do with a bit of re-decoration. As it is starting to look a bit tired.

Very helpful staff, especially at reception where no problem seemed too much. Room was very simply furnished but very clean. Excellent hotel courtesy mini bus on hand for half day or full day trips at excellent value with friendly drivers who will take you anywhere, whether tourist locations or just to the bank and the shops.

Very efficiently done. I had to change the original booking by a day and this was sorted out without any trouble, with good email communication. On my arrival at the Hotel they were fully aware of the changes.

As good as last year. Just wish that they had double rooms and not just twins.

Efficient as usual.

The hotel is celebrating its 10 year anniversary, that is also the last time any maitenance was probably done to it as well! The hotel was clean the staff very helpful although only about two or three could speak a little bit of english, which became a problem at check out when the staff tried to bill me a second time for my stay and I was unable to get through to them I had already settled the room tarrif. The room was nice, could do with a redecoration, the bed was terrible, it was so hard I considered sleeping in the bath tub! I would not recommend Kalasin as a holiday spot as there less than nothing to do unless you want to see the regions old buddhist temples or the other attraction which is the dinosaur fossil site. Dont expect anything from Kalasin in the way of shopping... unless you want to buy a motor scooter, pick up truck or bull bars, there are no supermarkets no shopping centres, just the extreme basics. Having said all this I had an extremely good experience here.

Booking the hotel through Sawadee was simple and easy when I go to Thailand next I will use them for my accomodation again.
