Mr.Anthony R Scalpelli 2008-04-25 until 2008-04-27	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani This is my 5th stay at The Charoensri Grand Royal hotel in 4 years. And as always, the hotel and it s staff were very good. I would recomend it to anyone traveling to northern Thailand on business or pleasure.	This was my fifth booking with sawasdee.com. I ve never had a problem in the past, so I didn t look too closely at my reservation confirmation. I always get a room with a single king size bed. But when we checked in we were given a room with twin beds in it. When I called the front desk they told me all of the king size bedrooms were full until the next day. It was then that I looked closer at my booking paper and saw that it was a deluxe twin room that was booked. So since we were only staying 2 days we stayed in the twin room. I understand sawasdee.com probably deals with thousands of customers every year. But I would think there would be a red flag when a regular customers booking is different from many previous ones. Either, was there a mistake made on your booking, or, this is all we had available for your first nights stay. I think 4 identicle bookings in 3yrs should warrant some kind of question or explaination of change in the pattern.
John Theodore Armet 2008-04-14 until 2008-04-20	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Great Hotel. Right next to the mall. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful.The service was great. The Breakfest was very good with a good selection. Good size rooms and they were very clean and in good selection. Will stay there again.	The booking service was excellent.

Erik De Ruiter 2008-04-07 until 2008-04-11	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani NIce hotel with friendly staff. The rooms looked very good considering the low price. I did miss coffee/tea making facility in the room. As mentioned before the breakfast is not that good - that is if you want continental bf - mostly cold food and not much to choose from. If you like asian bf then you are better of - my wife was happy with the food that was freshly prepared for her. I will return here in the future.	Good and fast as always

Jörg Fellberg 2008-04-05 until 2008-04-10	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Ich hatte die Junior Suite. Riesig. Am Hotel ist negativ, dass von irgendwo nachts Musiklärm dringt. Gegenüber ist zwar eine Disco, ich tippe jedoch eher auf hausgemachten Lärm. Das nervt und ist vielleicht in den oberen Stockwerken nicht zu hören. Die Lage des Hotels ist ok, da nebenan ein Einkaufszentrum und Restaurants sind (sehr praktisch) und auch nur wenige Fussminuten entfernt ein Markt ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr einheimisch , aber ok. Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück sehr günstig und klappt sehr gut.	Hat alles bestens geklappt. Kann ich gerne weiter empfehlen, da sehr günstig im Vergleich mit anderen Anbietern.
