James Neville 2008-04-22 until 2008-04-25	Royal River Hotel, Charansanitwongse I stayed three nights deluxe riverside room clean and spacious, balcony overlooking the river nice to return to after hetic day in the city.staff helpfull and friendly.breakfast good and plenty of choice and food in restaurant value for money and good service. would use hotel again	very good helpful staff no problems

The location is right next to a river taxi stop, but it was difficult getting taxis to take us back at night from the Suan Lum night market. It was a little difficult communicating with the front desk staff at times - not everyone s English was very good. We were talked into an expensive private car to the airport one morning, but later found out there are plenty of taxis 24 hours a day. We booked a tour to the floating market that was a good price, much better than booking the tour at the airport. I was disappointed with the Thai massage at the hotel - nowhere near as good as four years ago when I was there.	The service was fine, but it was extremely confusing online. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel, and didn t realize I was using a service. Having more transparency about that would be really helpful. A lot of confusing e-mails were sent before I figured out why the hotel didn t show my payment and reservation.

The location was far-away from the centre and the boat traffic finished too early. I do not recommend, as a whole.	Good, but more credit card possibilities would be needed (Diners Card).
Mr. Bowie Christianson 2007-11-14 until 2007-11-16	Royal River Hotel, Charansanitwongse Hotel was nice, for 2500 baht or $80.00 us dollars. I have a topfloor w/ river, and bangkok city view.( very nice ).The room was huge, but TV was small...lol. The location was ok, short TAXI ride to city. The breakfast was ok, service was good. I will come back again, and beware of long TAXI ride from the Airport, about 20 minutes with little traffic.	The booking was very good and fast service. I used SAWADEE website quite often for trip to Thailand. Thanks guys for all your help...

Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean although the room I was staying in ( and probably most of the other rooms) need some work. I m very pleased with the free shuttle boat to China fown. I will certainly stay there again.	Very good and without any problems
Charles K. Reck 2007-09-26 until 2007-09-30	Royal River Hotel, Charansanitwongse We stay at the Royal River Hotel each year when we go to Thailand. For us it is not to expensive and the rooms are nice and clean. We like the Deluxe River View room. The staff are very nice and the breakfast is very good. Even the food from the resturant at night is very good. The hotel is also centrally located to all our favorite shopping places and resturants. We would recommend it to anyone.	Very fast and efficient. No problems!
