Karapetyants 2009-04-01	Grand China Princess Hotel, Yaowarat Road, Chinatown Good location, magnificent view from the room. However hotel looks a little bit worn out; bathroom facilities are very primitive. Not reliable Internet service in the room (for extra charge). And the worst - terrible and amasingly unfriendly service. Overall - would not recommend. For this money can find better one in Bangkok.	Good and effective service - no problems at all.

The location in chinatown is ideal and buzzing. we also used they travel tours and book flights and the staff was very helpful. The only BUT we would have was the swimming pool which is very small (photos are decieving), its the size of a large bath really. We didnt have much time to spend at the pool so it didnt affect us but if thats one of the reason you are booking this hotel you may want to check elsewhere. Food was really good and the panoramic restaurant a lovely treat. Security staff and porters were very helpful.	booking was perfect everything went according to plan

When I compare to the hotel in my next stop Beijing (3 star hotel); next one was better than this 4 for star hotel. location is not good due to heavy traffic. If I go to Bangkok again I would not prefer to stay at the same hotel instead of no problem occurred. Hotel s SPA facilities was excellent, you do not need to go dirty and unreliable places to get a healthy massage.	Thanks to Sawadee. I had no problem for booking and during check-in-out. I would book at sawadee next time for somewhere in Asia.
Fredriksson Stig 2008-12-14	Grand China Princess Hotel, Yaowarat Road, Chinatown If you like to explore Chinatown, this hotel is the one for you. Located in the heart of Chinatown. Else I recommend you to choose another hotel because traffic can sometimes make hard to get in and out of Chinatown. Use tuk-tuk. The room feels old, and not so fresh, but for me a good place to sleep.	Always great service!!

The front office staff were always helpful and obliging and the staff in the Coffee Shop and Restaurant we always very attentive to all the diners. I would have not hesitation in giving this hotel 10 out of 10 in all departments. Jim Mangnall. New Zealand.	No problems whatsoever. As well as booking the hotel for me they booked my trip to the Bridge on the River Kwai - again not a hitch.

Hotel seems to be from the 80s, definetely needs to be renovated but still okay for the price. For breakfast they had a huge choice of asian and western food.	Everything worked out well!
