Rick 2009-02-01	Dusit Princess Resort, Ao Bai Lan Considering the price level, I expected a little more. You don t get luxury status just by setting high prices for the rooms. Price should give you some extra even for example free use of the spa services in some extent and beach equipment like kayaks. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful resort, this is your place. On the other hand, I think it is challenging in general to find accommodation with noisy surroundigs on this island. Hotel beach seamed to be artificial . Ok, you can swim there, but it s not that nice as main beaches.	Good. Replies promised within 48h, ours came within 24 hours.
Peter Sundstrom 2009-01-25	Dusit Princess Resort, Ao Bai Lan It was a nice but very quite hotel. The personel in the restaurant was very friendly but the price level was to high. The Poolarea was very nice but the beach was not nice at all. We stayed at the Klong Prao beach the week before and swimmed in the ocean up to 10 times a day. At the Princess Dusit this was not possible. The beach was rocky and muddy and very shelving. Even if the rooms, poolarea and personel were very nice We would not reccomend this hotel, due to the beach and surrendings (a bit too lonely).
Tobias Levin 2007-12-31 until 2008-01-14	Dusit Princess Resort, Ao Bai Lan We stayed at Dusit Princess Koh Chang for 2 weeks. It was in jan-08 so it was newly opened. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very good. The pool was great and our kids loved it. The beach isn´t so nice right here, then you have to take a taxi to nearby beaches. The only thing that was frustrating was the restaurant menu. They had a lot of things on the menu and when it was time to order we often heard oh sorry, no have ... that is not so good for a high quality hotel like this. We talked to the restaurantmanager so maybe in the future it is better, maybe it´s a beginner-problem. The hotel is a little bit off, so if you like restaurants and people, don´t choose this hotel. And if you like to just relax and eat expensive this is a good hotel.	Very Good and quick service
