This is a reallyreally good hotel. Super service and great staff. Nice restaurants and top class gym. The location of the hotel is very good as well. You are not far away from all the good sights and shopping malls of Bangkok either by taxi or BTS. I strongly recommend this hotel!!
As always excellent service and no problems

great location friendly staff, loved our stay. however there was a slight problem that they tried to give us a twin room when we had booked a double. They tried to tell us threy didnt have a double available, then they said we could swap rooms after our first night....but thats not what we booked. Eventually they found a double available (?????), so we had that......not a good start.
nice and easy very reliable would use again, but need to made definate options between doulble and twin rooms.

We were only here for one night before flying back home. Chose the hotel based on the good reviews I d read. The hotel lobby is very impressive and looks quite grand. The staff are very polite and professional. However, when we were shown to our room (deluxe) we were really disappointed. It reminded me of a 3* hotel room in Orlando - old fashioned, dull and in need of refurbishment to be honest. We d requested a double bed but got two singles (we travelled in high season but not peak season). The bathroom was nothing more than ok - it needed a good scrub. The swimming pool, however, is great. Loved it. At the beginning of our holiday we stayed at Meritus Suites (now changed their name to Le Bua at State Tower) and that was fabulous. Very modern, so clean etc. Beautiful.
We requested a double bed but got two singles. Think this might be the hotel s fault rather than res24.com. Booking went smoothly

After staying at a sub-standard hotel down the street, I decided to check into the Landmark. Very efficient staff and impressive facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel for older travelers such as myself who value their comfort and well being. Their restaurants are classy and the Atrium serves the finest breakfast in bkk. What I didn t like? The outrageous prices charges for the extra s. That includes Evian water from the mini-bar at $3 / bottle, laundry service is excellent though pricey (may be less expensive to purchase a new shirt), and internet service expensive at B450/hr. Another turn off: the front desk is unwilling to credit frequent flyer miles to your mileage card although a sign behind the counter clearly states they credit miles to several different airline cards (they would not credit my United Mileage Plus account). Summary: Great hotel but watch out as they bayonet the wounded then strip the bodies.
Outstanding as usual. The only way I will book when I have future plans in bkk. Reps are friendly and courteous.

Great hotel. Beautifully decorated, nicely appointed, super-clean room with flowering bugeonvilla in the window boxes. Delightful staff, large good breakfast buffet. Good on-site restaurants. In-room internet was fast and easy. Great outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace on tenth floor are set in a private high-walled garden, way above the street noise. Quite a lovely respite after a day out in the Bangkok noise and humidity.
Great company. Used them in Phuket and Bangkok. Easy payment and vouchers arrived online before we left on the trip. Transfers were waiting at both airports even though one flight was delayed. Will use them again.

Exquisite hotel. Truly a five star experience with helpful staff and all amenities you would expect. Close to shopping, nightlife and sky train. Wouldn t hesitate to stay here again and fully recommend anyone to try this hotel out.

This was our thirth stay in this hotel. We had a deluxe room on the regular floor. The room was good, clean and spacious. The Atrium Cafe was under construction so breakfast was on the 31th floor, a nice start for the day. Other restaurants and bars are OK. The situation of the hotel is perfect, many restaurants and bars close within the hotel, and the Skytrain station at 100 meter. It s worth a stay and we will be back on march next year.
No problems
