Kuo Tin-Ming 2008-06-18 until 2008-06-20	Veronica Residence, Ratchadapisek Road 1.better to have hot drinking water ready anytime during breakfast period. 2.better to provide drinking water (locked in plastic bottle) with reasonable price, as any convenience store is far. 3.better to have single rooms for guests options. Yap Chooi Yoke 2008-03-09 until 2008-03-13	Veronica Residence, Ratchadapisek Road Very Nice hotel. Nice looking, clean, good breakfast, staff are friendly and good service! Just few minutes walk to Suthisan MRT station. Will stay here again for next trip.	No problem at all! Easy and excellent service.

The agent reassigned me to Veronica Suite from The Emerald because agent said Emerald was fully booked. But the Emerald is far more better than Veronica. The booking service should assign same class hotel, not the one they have affiliated with.

The room was not really clean (asian style), but ok after mentioned it to the staff. Free Internet is offered, but it didn´t work all the time.	Easy and fast, no problem at all!

I had the upgraded room, I think the middle or highest price room but still cheap. I ve stayed in SKV 4 times but it s much more expensive for a lesser room in Sukhumvit. I timed to the walk to the MRT (Suttisan?), 4 minutes, and it is 4 or 5 stops from Asoke, takes about 10 minutes and you see real Thai people... Veronica is a nice place.	Sawadee perfect, they helped me in Phuket also.

Mark Cheng 2007-10-12 until 2007-10-16	Veronica Residence, Ratchadapisek Road After first staying at some hostel type places and finding them less than comfortable, I was all too glad to switch over to the plush Veronica Residence. For the relatively low cost, I was shocked at the high levels of service and attention the hotel provided. Housekeeping kept my room immaculately clean, the staff was always polite and friendly, and the Residence Manager, Mr. Pasn Chaiyamas even went out of his way to personally take me to pick up a tailor-made suit out in Nonthaburi! I can t think of any manager or employee at any other place that I ve been that demonstrated anywhere near that level of service. While the hammering from construction on a neighboring room was quite annoying during the daytime, Mr. Chaiyamas outstanding hospitality more than made up for it. He even left me his cell number in case of emergency, since he knew I didn t speak Thai. Whoever trained him in hotel management did a really fine job! If you re concerned about safety, the hotel s right next to the Suthisarn Police Station and the MRT. The next time I head back to BKK, it ll probably be with my wife & son, and the Veronica is where we ll stay.	I ll be using it again to make reservations on my next BKK trip.
