The Regent Silom, Silom Road, Soi 02/1 The LOCATION is probably the BEST,comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful . With the same price, maybe can go for those 3 star hotel but not as convenient as this one. I ll definitely come back to this hotel again. |

The Regent Silom, Silom Road, Soi 02/1 Clean and friendly staff although I got a room with no windows, doesn t matter if you plan on being out the whole day. VERY conviniently located, Skytrain just outside the hotel. Silom road has loads of roadside hawkers with great local foods. Convinient stores and shopping mall just across the road. For the price, can t complain, recommended for travellers that want a clean safe hotel but are on a budget. |

The Regent Silom, Silom Road, Soi 02/1 The hotel is of ideal location with BTS Station at the hotel entrance. The room is clean, but a bit small. It is more like a budget hotel, with basic furniture. It is a good choice for tourists who seek convenience and value for money deal. |
Very prompt response |

The Regent Silom, Silom Road, Soi 02/1 The LOCATION is probably the BEST think of this hotel. Very close to BTS and MRT station, BTS Sala Deang is just outside the hotel, and this is the best method of travel in bangkok.. Big center with stores and restaurants on the other side of the street; but you can find food, markets, clothes, stores everywhere at anytime. Gays area. Discounts on massages but men be careful... ask for women, the guys could ask you for and extra job during the massage... that s what happened to my boyfriend and I was just near him!! Extremely embarassing if is not what are you looking for.. well, we booked for a superior room (THB 1350). The first room was very small, without window which is really unconfortable (seems to be in a tomb), plus there was a bug just near the bed so we asked for another room. We had to pay an extra for the second room, but is not mentioned anywhere that you have to pay more for a room with window but well... nothing can view from window, just a roof top but it was so much better! Aircond works well. Some terrible smell come out from the toilet, but clean. Breakfast is REALLY POOR and BORING. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly but I don t know if I will come back.. maybe just for the location! |
The booking service was great ... very quickly and friendly replies.. I will use it again |

Regent Silom Serviced Apartments, Silom Road, Soi 02/1 The hotel is well-run, comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. Location is excellent if you want to be in the midst of the busy Patpong area. The skytrain station Sala Daeng, is right in front, so convenience to the max!! |
Booking is easy, hassle-free and response prompt and reliable. Great!!! |

Regent Silom Serviced Apartments, Silom Road, Soi 02/1 The hotel (because that s what it is; not serviced apartments) is ideally located. It is also clean and secure. Most of the staff are pleasant and helpful; but not all. The hotel s greatest weaknesses are ... 1. There is no hot water in the basin for shaving. 2. The hotel advertises cable tv but the reception is that bad that almost all channels cannot be viewed and those that can are likely to simply change to be another channel half way through a programme or just simply go off the air completely. 3. The hotel advertises internet access but in reality this is limited to just two computers (one of which rarely works) and as there is no hotel rule about time limit, you could, as I was, be forced to wait more than two hours to check my email. |
The booking service was great ... replies to emails and questions were very quick and alternatives were offered when a 1st preference booking became unavailable. |

Regent Silom Serviced Apartments, Silom Road, Soi 02/1 The hotel is a bit cramped however it is clean. The window is sealed with glass hence unable to open, it makes the room stuffy and some terrible smell come out from the toilet from the drain hole. The breakfast is great and healthy. However, I would be more appreciate if the meals could be changed every 3 days. Otherwise you will become bore if you stay too many days and having the same breakfast. The waiter serve the breakfast is polite and friendly. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. They always tried best to help you in getting useful tourist information, direction etc. |
Excellent. |
