Hocking 2008-07-05 until 2008-07-14	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach When arrived after an overnight flight at 9 oclock in the morning our rooms we not ready so they upgrade us to a deluxe seaview/ocean suites. Breakkies we good, cheap food allround. Nice modern rooms, Kids 12+ club good but hardly used by us. Extra friendly staff, great location! AAAAA++++++ Holiday	Great no worries, holiday inn itself said it was booked out but sawadee got us a room!
Luke 2008-06-07 until 2008-06-12	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach The hotel was very pleasant. The staff were polite and helpful. The only slight disappointment was that the kids club did not live up to the hype. While the staff there were as helpful as the rest of the hotel staff, the programmes were not terribly exciting for the kids. Most of the time, they were very much left to themselves to play the PS2 machines. Nevertheless, we would go there again. It is without doubt the best hotel in Patong. Even if you have to pay a little more for the comfort, it was probably worth it.	Efficient and responses were prompt. Would use again if we go to Phuket again.
Rozaina Badarudin 2008-06-04 until 2008-06-06	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach I stayed in Holiday Inn Patong for a few days August 2007 and I went back recently with my two children aged 11 and 12. We simply love the hotel as everything about it is classy for an affordable price, from the bedroom to breakfast to security. Best of all it has an awesome Kids Club for my children. I had to leave the hotel very early in the morning to go scuba diving and come back rather late, and i depended on the hotel to provide fun and security for my kids. My desires were met and I have no problem choosing Holiday Inn Patong again in future.	Very reliable. Cheaper than most online agencies.
shevonne kelly 2008-05-22 until 2008-06-05	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach We stayed at the resort with our two children and we really enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn. the staff at reception were very helpful and polite , the staff around the hotel and pool area were very friendly and were great with the kids. the buffet at breakfast was one of the best I ve had and we loved the food at the front bar/restaurant. they also have a great kids club. I highly recomend this resort to anyone making plans to visit Phuket. great place !!!	it was pretty easy and quick.
Ann Foster 2008-05-17 until 2008-05-30	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach A lovely hotel with very very good service in all aspects. We stayed in the main wing overlooking the Busacorn side of the hotel. The room was spacious and very well fitted out with an enormous bed. We used two of the three restaurants. We had fabulous steak in Sam s and two lovely meals in the Sea Breeze restaurant. The hotel is very close to the beach if you are a beach lover and the hotel provides towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would certainly book there again and would highly recommend it for Patong Beach.	The sawadee booking service was excellent, easy to use no hitches what-so-ever. Being able to see reviews of the hotels is definately a plus.

We stayed in a Busakorn suite, which is worth the extra money as you get your own pool.Very helpful staff, hotel was clean, safe in the room, beach towels galore, large clean pool etc. Would stay there again......but I m doubtful I d return to Phuket!	Fab as usual!
LIU KING CHUNG 2008-01-19 until 2008-01-24	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach Excellent resort with high standard of service and superb location. When inside holiday inn, it is so quiet that I will not think I am right on the Patong Beach but once we step out the entrane, you can enjoy the night life, massage, shopping in Patong. The Bursakorn wing is worth the extra buds since it is less crowded in high season. People in Main Wing need to queue up for table for breakfast and wake up early to reserve the sun lounger. However, the hotel management should devise some means to stop people in Main Wing to use the Bursakorn facilities	Sawadee.com is fast in replying the booking. When other hotel booking website is not able to get me a room in holiday inn phuket. sawadee.com is able to get me one. Will definitely book through sawadee next year
Nicole Albert 2008-01-11 until 2008-01-15	Holiday Inn Resort, Patong Beach An overpriced resort that could have really been anywhere in the world. It did however provide a sanctuary from the fast paced world of the shopping frenzy that is provided within the street marketplaces at your doorstep (including the beach). Service and breakfast is good, but a little corny- like the gratuitous orchid arrangement provided at arrival with no emotion at all. Overall Patong in general is simply a Tourist trap with all the sleazy trimmings. If you are wanting a secluded tropical getaway, simply getaway from the Phuket island altogether!	Excellent beyond compare. Given a few complications with our booking, the team from Sawadee proved that they could go far and beyond the normal call of duty. Cheers to all at Sawadee for making our whole experience a little easier.
