Quality Resort @Pattaya Hill, Pattaya, Pratumnak Beach Good value, decent clean but worn hotel. Not on the beach but the higher floors have a great view. Covered parking but not, one of the reasons that I choose this hotel but not enough spaces for all the cars, some apparantly live here. Did not have the breakfast but it did not look very good. Nice pool. |
