Peninsula Bangkok, Riverside, Charoennakorn Road Absolutely wonderful hotel in every respect. Arguably the best in Bangkok. Wonderful suite with great amenities, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurants. Not for the budget-conscious, but very reasonable when compared to what you would pay for a similar level of hotel in North America or Europe. Would definitely stay there again. |
Excellent, problem-free. |

The Peninsula Bangkok, Riverside, Charoennakorn Road First Class Hotel. I stayed there the year it opened and again in April. IT is still one of the class in-city hotels of the world. While the price has doubled in 6 years at $220 inclusive it cannot be beat. The breakfast buffet while high priced by Bangkok standards @ $12 is one of the fimest ones and equal to the best of the Four Season Resort buffet breakfasts. |
The rate was competitive with other agents but sometimes did not get answers to questions directed to Nui. I had to email 2 and 3 times before being acknowleged and I was making reservations at 3 Thailand destinations for a total of 14 nights. I would have thought a little more courtesy would have been extended. |

The Peninsula Bangkok, Riverside, Charoennakorn Road Very nice hotel with a fantastic view on the Chao Praya river and Bangkok. I made a reservation from september 2005 and i went there on beginning of february 2006 for a terrace room, they were fully booked so the gave me a suite for the same price but the terrace in open air is much better i think. When you planned a terrace room for 280 usd, i think you can expect what you order... |
So not great this time but i think it s a problem with the hotel himself |

The Peninsula Bangkok, Riverside, Charoennakorn Road This is the most glorious hotel and I have ever stayed in. The staff waied us upon arrival and the room, restaurants, service, surroundings, and hotel staff all deserve a 5 star rating. Truly a memorable and one-of-a-kind experience. As a USA traveler, I hope to return to Thailand again one day and The Peninsual Bangkok is a must. |
Outstanding and efficient in every respect. Emails are promptly responded to and there is a name behind the communication to answer your questions. |

The Peninsula Bangkok, Riverside, Charoennakorn Road What an amazing hotel, definitely a cut above the celebrated Oriental Bangkok (although it is also quite nice). The service was above and beyond and the food wonderful. The breakfast was out of this world and if allowed, we would have grazed all day! When we return to Bangkok, we will stay at no other hotel. This is top notch and rivals any 5 star in Europe or America. |
