SIRADA ORSINI 2010-01-05	Rambuttri Village Inn & Plaza, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn In all my travels i have never seen such bad service. We booked that room far in advance. When we got there the room was not ready and we had to wait about an hour for it. That day we when out and when we returned to the hotel, the room was not cleaned. It was at 8 30 pm. I complained about it and they were not good to us at all. Making exucess. Finally we checked out and lost the cost for the remaining 2 days. like i said, it was a very poor hotel and we will never go there again and also i will go out of my way to let people know to stay away from it. One more thing is that it was very dirty.
Eric Bell 2009-12-26	Rambuttri Village Inn & Plaza, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn Hotel very basic not Delux Superior, clean with towels but no soap. We had to ask for toilet paper as none was left one day. Swimming pool very small - not big enough for the size of the hotel. Staff on the front desk were very pleasant and helpful, if you smiled and were pleasant to them they were the same back.	Efficient and reliable.

Ampika Sengsui 2009-12-08	Rambuttri Village Inn & Plaza, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn The staff and i mean ALL the staff are unfriendly, indifferent and unhelpful. I know its not a luxury resort but the cleaning ladies would make excessive shouting within the halls at 8 AM IN THE MORNING!!!!!! We didnt ask for anything except to use the pool shower after check out, when we asked for a towel they gave us a rag. Seriously and we stayed at the highest room. They even had the nerve to ask for a 100 bht deposit. When we told them about the noise they said come back tomorrow!!! I seriously think there are better accomodation for this price, in fact you would get better service at the Bangkok Hilton, and I dont mean the hotel!!!!	Ok
Nandita 2009-11-26	Rambuttri Village Inn & Plaza, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn This hotel offers basic clean accomodation, and is ok for the amount paid. However the bathrooms were very smelly. It is perfectly located in the shopping streets, and has good restaurants open 24hrs in the neighbourhood.	Booking was easy through Sawadee
Hirao Mamoru 2009-11-17	Rambuttri Village Inn & Plaza, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn Para que meus conterraneos não cometam o mesmo erro que eu, escreverei em portugues tambem o que escrevi em ingles. Se não publicar esta mensagem no forum, perderei a credibilidade do site que até o presente momento tinha em altissimo conceito. Este hotel Rambuttri Village Inn, sem exagero, foi o pior hotel que fiquei em toda minha vida. Péssimo serviço. Pessoal mal treinado. O ralo do banheiro estava entupido no primeiro banho ficamos com nojo, pois a água suja começou a voltar e tivemos que lavar os pés no chuveirinho do bidê. Além do mais as recepcionistas deveriam ser chamadas de carcereiras, pois é assim que se prostram. Não tem postura ou educação. Não falo ingles fluentemente, mas seja em qualquer idioma, não se responde um cliente com um sonoro HÃANnn!! combinada com uma careta. Pensei que fosse apenas esta atendente, mas infelizmente fiquei 2 dias neste hotel e todas as 4 atendentes as quais tive que me dirigir foram extremamente mal educadas.

Anna Lenina 2009-11-15	Rambuttri Village Inn & Plaza, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn The place is nice and quiet inside what is nice connecting with crouded and alive situation outside. Nearly located with famous Kaosan Rd where are music, people, shopping kiosks, nice people, life kitchen and nice small local cafe s around. It is great cheap rest and clean rooms.	always ask for receipt after check-in or it is extra time to fix it;-)
