Tezza 2008-05-03 until 2008-05-13	Pattaya Centre Hotel, Central Pattaya I booked a Superior Executive Floor room. The room was large, but that s about all I can say The hall carpet was stained to an absolutely disgusting state and this carried over to the room, where the carpet, bed surround and furniture cushions were all exrememly stained The windows were so filthy on the outside that it was difficult to take a photo through them The bathroom tiles were mouldy, the bath chipped in many places The floor below was being renovated so it was constant banging and drilling noise from about 10am to 6pm Lighting arrangement made it impossible to read in bed Despite booking and paying for two people they tried to charge me for a joiner one night but I was having no part of that and they gave up The breakfast was mediocre, but included in the cost Staff were excellent and friendly Usually gave up on the 24 hour lobby bar and restaurant as the lights would be off and no staff around Would not recommend	Took me three attempts to finally get the level of room I wanted
