Jan-Peter Busch 2009-11-18	Bill Resort, Lamai Beach Very nice, very clean, very friendly. The room was a bit dark though at night, you needed to switch on all the energy saving lights. Pool and restaurant very nice, the breakfast was also very good. Location is good, close to post office, about 1 km walk to the start of the shopping/party mile, yet very calm directly at the beach.	Good service, no problems with booking.
Carsten Woischnik 2009-11-16	Bill Resort, Lamai Beach We arrived at the resort on the 11.11.2009. We moved into a family bungalow, wich was actually overpriced,clean, but for the standard not good enough. TV was not working. Only one bathroom was working too.AC in one room failed on the next day. Fishy smell from the fishpond next to the bungalow and also lots of moscitos. There are lots of newer bungalow but up the hill. The ones near the pool have seen beter days. The first night i broke my middle bone of my right leg.The next morning i was trying to get a ride to the hospital in Chaweng. The first thing they said was book a taxi for 500 THB or walk to the road to get a public one That was at least something what should not happen. We all felt pissed off, thinking get out off this place immediately. During our 4 days stay they were repairing the bar next to the pool. So there wasn´t a quiet minute at all.The food we had was not very good either and so we walked next door for dinner which was actually lots better and at least half price. We stayed there about 4 times within the last 10 years, but we will not return,this is for shure. Sorry to say that but we were not happy with the way they treat their guests.This is wy we left one day earlier even the following night was payed.Didn´t got any refund. There are better places to stay.	Very good, we didn t have any problems at all
Kirsten Elliott 2009-09-17	Bill Resort, Lamai Beach After ten nights in a Superior Building room at Bill Resort I m ready to return. The natural wood and rattan decor complimented the natural greenery. Beautiful geckos and frogs out at night. Great restaurant with seaviews. Really friendly staff. Great value.	Excellent

Francesca 2009-08-22	Bill Resort, Lamai Beach Bill s resort is a nice quiet place where to enjoy the beautiful Lamai Beach. The location of the resort is perfect for its easy access to the beach, though few minutes away from the center. Rooms are nice and cleaned. Service of the resort could be improved.	The booking service of sawadee.com is excellent.
Dai Siyuan 2009-08-18	Bill Resort, Lamai Beach very good hotel. the reception helped me a lot. people at there are very nice. but the location is a little hard to get to (both the island and the hotel..), if you are not by a taxi or minibus to there. the sea is good also. only thing that pitful is the sand -- a little harder than I expected. any way, is t a good choice to go to Koh Samui and stay in Bill Resort.	easily to use, working with my credit card (for the first time I used it overseas)
Peter Hultman 2009-04-01	Bill Resort, Lamai Beach Friendly staff,god breakfast,nice pool area near the beach.The beds are hard,fels like sleeping at the floor.Restaurant good food but to much light no good atmosphere.The most of the guest goes to the place near the hotel,which have table directly on the beach,Bills haven t.Don t use the Internet at Bills, overprice and slowly,old computers.Overall you get vhat you paid for.	No problem,easy to use.
Alexandr Sgibnev 2009-03-27	Bill Resort, Lamai Beach Best resort around. Many trees and flowers, great swim pool. Friendly personnel. Some problems was with water heater in bungalow, but repaired quickly. Вig thanks to tour agent at reception. Breakfast is good. My family are happy. Note that rate for Deluxe Bungalow is for two peoples, extra bed for children. Second children required another extra bed. Not clear in description.	No problems. Very good. Big thanks. Next time i come here again.
Ilya Semenov 2009-03-14	Bill Resort, Lamai Beach Nice location on Lamai beach. Fast descending shoreline, you can swim in the ocean the whole day unlike Chaweng beach which is very shallow on low tide. Close to few beach restaurants. The personnel is very friendly. Good breakfast, and good a la carte restaurant. We stayed in 3 types of rooms: 1) New Deluxe Bungalow. Nice interior, but too far from the beach and facilities. You have to climb up the hill to get from ocean/pool/restaurant. When we first checked in I killed a giant cockroach in the bathroom, but that was the first & the last time. 2) Superior room - that was okay but I didn t notice anything superior . The bathroom was very small and shower was too close to the toilet. 3) Standard bungalow. Very close to the beach and facilities. Interior is quite old, but that didn t bother us. Best value for the money. Negatives: There s no Wi-Fi internet. Sometimes from some places at the resort you can access Orchid Suites network but that is not reliable. The computers in internet room are old and slow and infected with viruses. The printer was not working and no one could help us when we needed to print air e-tickets so I had to research and install drivers..and all that time I was charged. The reception personnel trying to cheat. One of the guys forgot to mark that we paid for the room in advance so on checkout we had to search for the bill to prove that! The other lady was trying to charge 600 baht for the airport taxi even though the price paper before her was clearly saying 500 baht. Overall I would recommend Bill Resort if you are looking for a cheap beach-front resort. It is worth the money.	Excellent, no remarks
