Geoff 2009-11-01	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach great location, much better than average breakfast buffet, and the staff was super friendly and helpful,and extremely clean. I wanted to rent a motor bike but they said since i had never driven one they would not reccomend it because of the number of accidents in samui. I also asked about renting a jet sky and they told me not to do that either because the guys that rent them are more like junior mafia kids and try to rip off people by saying you damaged their jet ski and then they want to charge you a fortune to get it fixed, and if you don t pay them they will beat you up. have stayed before it the island resort which was terrible and teh montien house which was a little lesss money and ok, but i would recommend this place over tehm.	was ok but the payment was done at 2 sepatate times
Lee Hodge 2009-10-28	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach We spent 14 days at Baan Chaweng. We booked a Deluxe Villa (situated near the pool) and were very happy with the size, cleanliness etc (and suitability for our 20 month old daughter). At the beginning of our second week, they commenced renovations on the beachfront which blocked the access from the pool to the beach (there were other paths to use). I was enquiring at reception as to a cooking class when we were offerred a new room (even though the building works didn t bother us at all) - we were upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Villa for the rest of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful (we and our friends booked many things through reception (cooking classes, fishing trips etc). I would recommend Baan Chaweng to singles, couples and families - a lovely resort, beautiful gardens, and friendly staff.	Easy to use, simple to follow.
Gary Stephen Foulis 2009-10-18	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach I did research hotels in Koh Samui before I went. I am pleased to say the research was spot on - a nice clean 3 star hotel, extremely well positioned & maintaining quiet living in amongst the live activities of Chaweng Beach. Excellent hotel.	Quick and efficient. The only suggestion would be that the booking agent use the hotel for pickup, rather than an outside vendor. The hotel charged the same price, but had a much better vehicle than the outside vendor the booking service arranged.

Christiaan Smit 2009-09-28	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach We were pleasantly surprised with the overall experience and attribute this to the well maintained buildings, facilities and friendliness of the staff. The food and beverage selection was above par. Apart from the loud music and fire crackers late into the night from adjacent hotels, we enjoyed our stay and will gladly return.	Very efficient and effective

Uzi 2009-08-19	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach This is the second time we are visiting this hotel there are nice rooms, beautiful garden, kind staff, great food at the restaurant. the main problem is the showers that has no batchtub nor portable showering and the second this is the mosquitos. I would recommend on this hotel and will visit it again next time I visit Samui.	all booking went perfect. also the service center staff were very helpful and kind. I will definitely recommend on using sawadee.com service and will use it myself in the future.I have also would like to mention DOM from one2Book at Samui island which was very kind and assisted us with everything we needed.
C & N Gleeson 2009-08-10	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach I booked a total of 5 superior rooms and 1 beach front suite for a family reunion. I was a little disappointed that we were split up into separate buildings, however that aside the Resort was first rate in all respects. The gardens were unexpectedly beautiful and the breakfasts excellent-the staff always polite and helpful.The location was magic especially for the shopaholics.My only real complaint was the lack of a late check-out facility. My son in the Beach Front Suite #301 (15,000 THB per night) was refused a late checkout and was forced the wander aimlessly for three hours with 3 children under 4years. This was not acceptable particularly since this room remained empty for the next two nights. Finally a word of praise for Ms Ploy from Sawadee-- she was magnificent.We ll certainly be back-- but PLEASE organize a late checkout system!	Ms Ploy of Sawadee deserves a commendation for the way my bookings were handled. Never a complaint, just great service. We ll be back again!
daniel puissant 2009-08-09	Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa, Chaweng Beach i ve seen hotels up and down Chaweng main drag and Baan Chaweng was one of the pleasant ones. the staff was helpful and nice, they even brought an unexpected birthday cake and flowers to my room. the beach in front of the hotel is also one of the nicest stretch in that area. breakfast in the restaurant just on the beach, decent, nothing extraordinary there. the lighting in the room was very poor, with only low energy bulbs here and there, the only negative thing i can honestly remark upon.	easy, simple, straightforward. there was someone from sawadee at the airport to drive me to the hotel, even though i had not arranged it.
