Stephan 2009-02-12	Star Hotel, Rayong Town clean rooms, friendly staff,the location is very good for shopping, local food market and week market, lotus supermarket etc., the breakfast is ok, in hotel are more asian guests, so it is more asian breakfast than american...but its very good....the price is more than ok! 1000THB per night is a bargain for this! the offered wireless internet connection is not free (50 ThB) and very slow! my overall impression is very good, recommend for business, not so recommend for people, who want go every day on beach ;)	perfect! A++++++++

Vi bokade transfer via hotellet , från Bangkoks flygplats till hotellet och det fungerade utmärkt. Jag kan rekomendera hotellet som bra övernattning om man är på väg ut till Koh Samet. Lagom avstånd från Bangkok och sedan kan man dagen efter ta sig vidare ut till Koh Samet.	bra som alltid

Local food market outside, WERY GOOD FOOD, WERY GOOD PRICE, also local market area 200meter from hotel door. Exellent location.	Professonial.+++
Petter Lindfors 2007-04-23 until 2007-04-26	Star Hotel, Rayong Town Very good located hotel with clean rooms. The price (1000 bht/night) is a bargain for this hotel if you need a place to stay for business or other things. The pool was clean and nice but not very big. Close to Tesco and just by the night market. The hotel overcharge for transportation so get a taxi outside the hotel. The staff speaks poor english, all except for one man in the reception. Free internet in the lobby (4 computers). The breakfast is poor, not many choices and mostly thai-style. Overall impression good in this part of Thailand where there isn´t many farangs and the hotels are not made for us.	Excellent as usual.
Inger Bäckstrand 2007-03-03 until 2007-03-06	Star Hotel, Rayong Town Central hotel in the city Rayong. Nice pool and free internet on the hotel a great plus.The first morning the beakfast was very poor because toastbread and omelett and other food was gone because it has been so many guests in the morning. The other two brakfasts was better. Nice staff but when we needed taxi to go to the beach (10km) they wanted 1000 Baht ! to get us there. We took the bus instead, we walked the 250 meter to the busstation and we could go by bus for 20 Baht/person instead. If you want to go to the beach every day, this hotel is not to recommend but if you want to be in the city, near Tesco and nightmarket this hotel is to recommend. We enjoyed our stay. Nice rooms.
