Henrik Norgreen 2009-11-29	The Royal Phuket Yacht Club, Nai Harn Beach hotel is really worn out and has certainly a need for renovation. The hotel can in comparison with other hotels, only achieve 3 stars and not 5 according to my very best personal understanding	Excellent
Family 4person 2009-08-09	The Royal Phuket Yacht Club, Nai Harn Beach We stayed in royal suite(2bed rooms with one living room for 4persons).It s season of raining and big wave and strong wind. 4days without swimming and beach activities was just a patient only.Staff in hotel might be same as us,thus no smile, no attention, no service. No hot water supply so no warm shower.Light in bath room was out of order.No bed making services for second room in one night.Food fish and chips was horrible and eating oil like. No asking about transportation to air port during check in time.No staff in reception desk when we need some help. The sea must be very beautiful when it s dry season,therefore we do hope that the hotel will try to improve its services and staff quality.
Cauvas Rachel 2009-02-07	The Royal Phuket Yacht Club, Nai Harn Beach hotel tres agreable, tres bien situe, par contre la plage est envahie de parasols ce qui gache la beaute du paysage. Hotel a recommander lors d un sejour a phuket.
Grassagliata 2008-07-20 until 2008-07-28	The Royal Phuket Yacht Club, Nai Harn Beach Un hotel ou nous sommes allés en 1996 et 1999 et y retournions cette année. Le cadre est toujours aussi beau le personnel est attentionné. Néanmoins pour un hotel de ce standing pratiquant des prix élevés, la gestion n est pas à la hauteur. Pour exemple, le buffet du petit déjeuner n est pas digne de ce type d établissement. Autre inconvénient l hotel est loin de Patong ou des autres plages.Comparativement à d autres hotels de cette catégories, le rapport qualité/prix n est vraiment pas bon.	Parfait comme d habitude.
Baumann Hendrik 2006-10-12 until 2006-10-26	Le Royal Meridien Phuket Yacht Club, Nai Harn Beach Excellent Hotel and location as usual. It was the second time that we stayed in this wounderful hotel. Service and room were first class and there is no reason for any complain. The impact by the Sunami was minor and nobody died, as we heared. We saw all the wonderful people again, the taxi drivers, the restaurant owner, the hotel personnel etc. The overall impression was very good, the beach was a dream , it was not overcrouwded and we will come back as soon as possible.	No problems at all. All transactions were smooth and without any delay. We will use the service of Sawadee.Com again for all forthcomming trips to Thailand. It would be wonderful, if every country would have such a professional and overlooking booking system.
