Rob ARMOUR 2009-10-22	Deevana Patong Resort & Spa, Patong Beach Sawadee is a first rate online booking system and Deevana Resort was a superb choice! On acreage off the main north-south road, this is a lovely quiet location although only minutes from the beach and other venues. Rooms are squeaky clean and very well appointed, ours overlooked the pool on 2nd floor. Staff are friendly and helpful & airport transfers were complimentary for our 4 day stay. All amenities are modern and well equipped; food and drink service is excellent and not expensive by hotel standards. [a minor complaint is the casual guest fee of 500baht]	A1, first rate... the only way to book Phuket.

Rajamani Sridhar 2009-07-18	Deevana Patong Resort & Spa, Patong Beach I am disappointed on the last day. After check out, i was waiting for the bus to pick me up and drop me at the airport. During that time, we were waiting at the reception. My children were feeling thirsty and i had requested the restaurant to give water. Rather than providing water, they were telling that i need to pay for the water. I don t understand why the restaurant should charge money for a glass of water that too for an inmate who had stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Also, during the breakfast, the water was stored in a strawberry juice container. The water was tasting like strawberry juice.	Booking service was excellent
