Steen Christian Nielsen 2010-03-07	Koh Tao Coral Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Sairee Beach We love Koh Tao this was not our first time and defiantly not the last one either. The resort is situated on the quieted end of the beach and still only a short walk on the beach to the Village that was very nice. But it is overpriced, we had a Deluxe Pirate Cottage – Beachfront, the room was poor and with only 10 % possibility of looking on the beach and the sea. The bedding was not changed even once during the 7 days we were there, and that is not okay at this price. In the restaurant there ware flies crawling on the food, a lot of flies and nothing was done to prevent this. Only 3 sun beds at the pool and always divers in the pool. In generally: Way too expensive to quality. The staff was very friendly.
Henrik 2010-02-18	Koh Tao Coral Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Sairee Beach Overall, very pleased with the Coral Grand Resort: staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful, pool is great and the hotel is smack bang on a beautiful and quiet part of Sairee Beach. The breakfast buffet and the food in the restaurant excellent as well. Only downside was the bungalow (we had a superior sailor cottage with an extra bed), which we felt was a bit too pricey considering the room standard. No-frills, we had an small but adequate room ... but we had expected more.	Fast replies, good service.

Katja Lemberg 2009-09-21	Koh Tao Coral Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Sairee Beach Perfect location: directly on the beach, very private but walking distance to bars and restaurants in Sairee Village! We stayed in a Deluxe Pirate Cottage which was very nicely located at the pool. Staff was very poor!!! Service in the restaurant was not existant!! It s a pity, since the bar is located perfectly on the beach.... The beer was warm, fridge not working. So we got our drinks from neighbor hotel :-)) Also snorkel equipment and Longtail rental was cheaper next door.....	Very good and efficient!

Irene Yarrow 2009-08-19	Koh Tao Coral Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Sairee Beach The hotel is quaint and quirky, the rooms in need of renovation. However, the main problem was flies in the dining area - they were crawling on the food and the staff seemed unwilling to do anything to prevent this. The location was fantastic and the crew and staff of the Dive Centre were excellent. However, 500 Baht for some fruit, soft drinks or water and a lunch consisting of fried rice and noodles was outlandish. It was the poorest food we have ever experienced on a dive boat.	Efficient.
Leeza Yeo 2009-05-03	Koh Tao Coral Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Sairee Beach for the price we paid, its brutally overcharged. the staff are not friendly. this hotel makes you feel like you are not in thailand at all. everything is run as if you are in germany. they are not flexible n not willing to even let you have one hour late check out. the breakfast for the amount i paid is really really bad. for this amount, we could stay in KL Hilton and have excellent service, room and breakfast. i will never go back to this hotel.	good
eva kirkegaard 2008-05-14 until 2008-05-20	Koh Tao Coral Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Sairee Beach I must say this hotel is way to expensive for what you get. it is more a guest house than a resort. the pool is nice and the staf aswell but that is the only 2 nice things i can say about it. you can find much nicer resorts for less money.	the booking service is perfect.

Fiona Dodkins 2008-03-31 until 2008-04-02	Koh Tao Coral Grand Resort, Koh Tao, Sairee Beach This hotel is on the best side of Koh Tao - right on Sairee Beach. Turn left by the swimming pool ad walk along to all of the beach bars - some party atmosphere and some a little more chilled. Staff were friendly, although their english wasn t so good! We had a deluxe pirate beachfront cottage which was right on the beach. The standard of accommadation is a little primitive and certianly not 4 or 5 star, but the room was clean (and cleaned every day) and towels replaced every day. Only had 3 beds around the pool, but we really came to this island to dive (and were not disappointed to see a 7m Whale Shark at Green Rock for our 60 minute dive!). Great location, just wish we would have stayed longer (we ll come back for at least a week next year!).	Fab as usual
