DB Nov 08	Navalai River Resort, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn First Class Hotel. Perfect location right on the river at pier 13 giving direct access to the river boat. It is also a 5/10 minute walk to Kho San Road. We stayed in the corner room which had view to another building, which was quieter than the city view room (road noisey), but not as nice as the river view which is approx £10 - £15 more expensive. Downside of hotel was service - we ate in the restaurant one evening but would not recommend it as the main meal came out 2 mins after the starter, and the main meal (steak) was not good and nearly cold. Then the bill was wrong....overcharged, however they immediately corrected this. I would recommend restaurant for snack food....sandwiches etc. We also ordered room service for one meal and glass of wine.....they forgot to bring the wine. Apart from this I would definitely recommend the hotel, the rooms were newly & beautifully decorated with good size balconies (perfect if you smoke!)and also for the roof top swimming pool with excellent views accross the city.	Our request was for corner room for 3 nights, for which we received an email confirming availability and requesting payment. I sent payment and then received a further email to advise the room was only available for 2 nights and we would need to change to city view for last night (we had already arrived at hotel). This was our last night before returning to Ireland, so was dissapointing. Tried to speak to reception staff but they did not understand (or pretended not to)- considering their emails were word perfect!!
Mikael Fahlen 2009-05-29	Navalai River Resort, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn After our visit at Navalai River resort we only have good think to tell. The lokation is perfekt,close to kohsan road and close to the river. Just a feew steps to the riverrstation that takes you everywere very easy. Not an five star hotel but it was vourth the money. the food was great. we had a good time.
Jonathan bjorkholm 2009-05-29	Navalai River Resort, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn Little scary as we pulled up in a cab way past midnight because of the construction around it. Walked down what seemed to be an alley in the dark and found a well decorated front desk. They gave us the honeymoon suite which turned out to have a great view of the river and a giant picture window that looks into the shower from the bedroom. Never seen that before. Breakfast in the morning was the best we had in Thailand. The ferry stop 13 is literally located at the back of the restaurant, so it is simple to get to the sights after breakfast. So after a scary first impression from the street at night, it turned out to be our favorite hotel of the trip. I will be staying here again when I return.	Sawadee was recommended to me by a friend, and I will be sure to thank him as it made booking quality hotels in Thailand a cinch.
Espen Fevang 2009-05-16	Navalai River Resort, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn 5-10 minuts walk to khao san road. 20-30 minuts with Taxi to MBK centre. The rooms are not very sound proof, which is anoying because of nearby construction work and thunderstroms. The rooms get very fast hot which requires setting the AirCon to maximum during the night. Because the hotel staff were excellent I rate this hotel 4 of 5, instead of 3 of 5.	Perfect
matt bacon 2009-04-22	Navalai River Resort, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn Had a nice 3 days here after a long flight from UK, hotel was a bit out of town but can easily get into the city centre via boat and skytrain, hotel was excellent value for money and room was beautiful with superb views overlooking river, had a nice pool on the roof and restaurant did good food if a little pricey	Very helpful
Dexter 2009-04-06	Navalai River Resort, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn Great location, especially for ferry stop.Staff very helpful and friendly, with good English spoken.Room and facilities fine. Breakfast ok. Dinner disappointing, but nice to eat by the river.	No problems.

Good location, friendly staff, great swimmingpool area, awesome breakfast buffet. Our second time that we stayed at Navalai River Resort in a year and next time we re in BKK, we re gonna stay there again. Toppen bra!	Easy to book!
Emil Zesiger 2009-03-29	Navalai River Resort, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn Very good hotel which is located right on a ferry pier. The rooms are big and each one has its own balcony. We would definitely go back to the Navalai, very recommendable.	Excellent as always
Robert Martin 2009-03-09	Navalai River Resort, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn The hotel is new, spotlessly clean & the rooms are lovely. We had a river breeze room overlooking the river and the restaurant below. However, we only stayed for 2 out the 5 nights we booked as we found the hotel too noisy for us. The walls & very thin so noise can be heard from adjoining rooms as well as coming & going of guests & hotel staff arriving around 6am). Also, being by the pier, we were disturbed by the ferry boats. Nice hotel but not for us.	Sawadee were very efficent when we requested they change our reservation to another hotel.
Janez Glavic 2009-03-05	Navalai River Resort, Khaosan Road area, Phranakorn Hotel lep in tudi cena je temu primerna. Lokacija ob reki Chao Praya, kjer se lahko takoj odpelješ na izlet po reki. Nudi lep razgled - sploh pa iz bazena na krovu stavbe. Moti naju pa, da ob prihodu ni nihče od zaposlenih odnesel našo prtljago v sobo. Problem je bila tudi elektronska kartica za odpiranje vrat. Tudi to težavo sva sama reševala in ne zaposleni na recepciji - (povsod drugje, je težave reševalo osebje). Zajtrk je obilen in raznolik, lokacija pa je tudi blizu Kaosan Road, tako da so nakupi zelo blizu.Dobro bi bilo, da pred namestitvijo pregledate sobo, saj je imela najina kar nekaj pomankljivosti. Naslednjič bova izbrala drugo lokacijo. Naprimer hotel Trang - pol cenejši in odličen. Hotel beautiful and also price is this appropriate. Location next to river Chao Praya, where can at once take away on trip round river. (Station N. 13) He offers beautiful wiev - at all from pools of aboard buildings. He is disturbing us, that none from employees took out of luggage to room next to arrival. Also elektronic card for opening of door was problem. Also this problem are alone rescued and no employed on reception (ewerywhere elsewhere personel were rescuid problems) Breakfast is plentiful and diverse, location is also close Kaosan Rd.- so that purchases are very nearby. Good be that you check room before placing, because was having our quite a few deficiency. Next time chose other location - for example Hotel Trang - half cheaper and excellent.	Right people on right position
