SAFETY= the staff assures you will be safe, they will get a taxi for you & you have directions to give the cab driver going back to the hotel. wake up call & transportation to airport is timely & spares you the hassle & stress.has free breakfast but not avail that, coz we have to leave @ 5 am. the only thing is, most guests smoke & it permeates trough the room, even if you open windows to air your room. i have asthma & i can tell by the smell.	sawadee is very dependable & trustworthy

Free pickup and return is good and efficient. The hotel itself is quite basic - no lift (elevator), and a basic Western brekky, but what do you want for B950? Bathroom is also quite cramped. Reception are very friendly and speak good English. An excellent place to stay for people who are taking a next day flight and do not want to hang around Bangkok.	Been using it for years without the slightest problem and would not use another.

Nice place to eat local food just next door and 7/11 store is handy across the road. Actually, the room was quite comfortable and clean and the overall standard was better than I expected. NO LIFT in the building though! Airport pick up and drop off service was very good. All staff were very courteous and helpful. It IS close to the airport (5 minutes away) so you trade off the handy location with some night time sound of planes coming and going.	As always, fast and efficient. Excellent service.

Australia. 2009-09-02	Grand Pinnacle Serviced Appartment, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi We stayed for 1 night at Grand Pinnacle on our way to Koh Samui, we were greeted by our hotel rep and taken to the car with no problems at all. All the staff were very friendly and had good english, and are very helpful knowing that you are a little tired after your long trip and also we had our 5yr old with us so they kept him entertained on arriving and leaving.The rooms are clean with your basic needs meet. You are very close to the Airport so expcet a little noise from the planes but it helped as we has a early flight to catch!Morning wake-up call was prompt and on time and greatful that they reminded us if we wanted this. Breakfast is basic toast,egg, asian sausage, tea, coffee and juice.Many thanks again.	Very easy to deal with and had only seconds to wait if we need a response from them.:)

(Farang: don t let Thai people call the hotel and ask for the way because it seems the front desk stuff is unpolity to Thai people. When I called the answer was strict but correct) but after all a good choice for a one night stop over.	very easy and convinient as usual

Pick up from airport was great waiting for us.Staff very friendly and accomodating.Cooked breakfast ,cant ask for more than that.Then dropped off at airport.
