Mr.Olsen 2009-05-13	Beach Garden Chaam Resort & Spa, Cha Am Beach, Petchkasem Rd. Nice hotel. Clean room and nice garden. The location near to the beach was ok. Breakfast ok but I missed bacon to my egg. The service was good and everything was satisfying - this includes room prices too. We will like to visit this hotel again! Knut and Moo.	Good as always
Kevin McGee 2009-02-21	Beach Garden Chaam Resort & Spa, Cha Am Beach, Petchkasem Rd. Beach Garden is a nice hotel for anyone looking for a quiet comfortable holiday without 4 or 5 star luxury. The rooms are clean and reasonable in size but in my experience the matresses do need to be changed. The service is friendly and the buffet breakfast has nice variety. The hotel is located right on the beach so there is no road between the hotel pool and the sand which is great, especially if you have young children like me. The pool is very nice and there are plenty of sun lounges. The garden cottages are across a small road and are a little further from the beach. The rooms are generally older and the matresses here also need updating. I have stayed at the Beach Garden several times and find that it offeres a relaxing location and good value for money.	As ever very efficient.

In terms of my experience at the Beach Garden Chaam Resort & Spa: Price - Very inexpensive comparatively! Location - Excellent - Beautiful beach! Rooms - In fairly clean, good shape Service - The one problem: Very friendly but not always reliable or fast Facilities - Wonderful pool and restaurant but needs a few more extras such as mats, chairs, umbrellas. Showers - Great! Food - Very good complimentary breakfast Overall - Well worth it.	Perfect, prompt, helpful
kissing/adams 2005-06-08 until 2005-06-11	Beach Garden Chaam Resort & Spa, Cha Am Beach, Petchkasem Rd. The hotel appears nice on the internet but only a few of those roomns exist.We were put into a bungalow which had no running water and the air con was broken,we then asked to move rooms to be lied to and told there were no double beds at all in the hotel??? The room we were shown was awful and run down,However after much hassle and staff not prepared to help out we finally were shown the room that is shown on the net which is nice and had a double bed!.The maid service was good,food terrible and the pool was not very clean.The staff were rude and didnt give wake up calls when requested and we had to wait for the hotel taxi that was already parked in the hotel grounds for 20 mins.The hotel is not near anything else and you are better to stay in Hua Hin and pay extra elsewhere.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever...absolutely awful experiance for a romantic holiday!	The booking service for Sawadee is ok but they will take it apon themselves to change your booking without notification when a hotel is booked out.It was also very difficult to get the refund straight back,and we were given a range of excuses.
Tron-Erik Tomtum 2005-04-15 until 2005-04-20	Beach Garden Chaam Resort & Spa, Cha Am Beach, Petchkasem Rd. For the first time in Thailand I were not very impressed by the services at this hotel. First the room was not ready when we arrive in the afternoon. We had to sit and wait for 1-2 hour. After a few complains to the hotel we finally got a room , but not still been cleaned and ready. We also got a room without a working aircondition. We again complain about this and it was fixed after two days !! Even with a lot of people working at this hotel they are not well organized, the staff is not present when wanted, under breakfast, at the pool, in the bar, or at the reception area.	Good
Richard Childs 2005-01-31 until 2005-02-04	Beach Garden Chaam Resort & Spa, Cha Am Beach, Petchkasem Rd. I found the Beach Garden a pleasantly refreshing hotel. The staff were quietly courteous, friendly and efficient and room service was good. My only gripe was not enough sunbeds available but hey, what s wrong with improvisation! I would certainly use the Beach Garden again.	Efficient, as always.
