Too bad that TV channels dont propose children children (at least 1) this point should be improved. Very nice staff, not understanding sometimes easily what we ask for but willing to do their best. Deluxe rooms are a little bit old in my opinion but the garden view is really nice. I recomment this hotel and I will go back again without any hesitation.	nice staff very helpful on specific questions (Xmas dinner). Too bad that we could not book the nb of nights required due to hotel s policy!!
Aqeel Ahmed Kapadia 2011-11-01	Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui, Chaweng Beach We weren t impressed by the Hotel at first glance....but eventually it didn t really matter! We ended up being only at the hotel for breakfast and bedtime. That is Ko samui for you....rent a car or bike and roam around all day long.... Hotel needs an upgrade badly. Chaweng was ideal for us since we were travellig with a 2 yr old and I could make pitstops to a bar or club or even to a 7/11 for any kind of supplies. Renting transportation is a must! We would have lunch at the western beaches and dinner at the north! Must ve driven 100kms plus per day! Centara gets points for location and a good beach....thats about it!	Tried Sawadee for the first time and was very impressed by the prompt service! We had booked airport transfers and they were on the mark as well. I am definitely booking my next trips with Sawadee!!

Look no further especially if you are travelling with kids - ample activities from badminton to golf. The hotel is spacious that it provides privacy for those who just would like to enjoy peace and quiet too.	No hassle. It was a pleasure.
MIRIAM 2011-04-12	Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui, Chaweng Beach Wonderful hotel, lovely and comfortable decoration and installations, delicious and varied breakfast. However not is better place to lodge in the city. We need transfer to airport and the price the hotel were THB 1.200 very expensive. We reserve in a hotel near and the price was THB 400.	great and efficiency
Hazel Kincaid 2010-11-03	Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui, Chaweng Beach Very nice resort!Rooms?Furnishings a rather dated as are many resorts throughout Asia. Enjoyed Club Facilities! Although I would like to see abit more ambience in this area. The location on Cheweng Beach was very central to Shopping & dining and the Beach area directly in front of Resort was very nice.
Lea Teller 2010-10-31	Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui, Chaweng Beach I booked this accomodation on line, expecting that all the rooms would be 5 star. The bathroom was very tired, broken toilet cistern, loose drain fitting, shower when turned on made a huge noise, the bedding was musty and smelly. The grounds are spectacular, the pool great and the location very good. We booked very quickly not really knowing what to expect, but figured five star property, that means all the accomodation would be up to par. Not the case.When we complained they wanted us to up grade for another $100 a night.
Craig Mills 2010-07-15	Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui, Chaweng Beach We were an extended family of 7 staying here for a week. The hotel looked after us very well. It was well worth the extra to upgrade to club facilities.	Booking and payment was so easy.
