Lawrence Fitzgerald 2008-07-11 until 2008-07-13	Roi-Et City Hotel, Roi-Et This hotel was one of several surprises that we had. We feared the worst based on some of the feedback that we read. In fact this hotel was great, the food was fantastic and the service second to none. I am so pleased we stayed here it was comfortable, clean and provided real respite from the heat and streets.	If you allow a little for the translation then I would say it was good.
Mr Thorborn 2008-06-30 until 2008-07-04	Roi-Et City Hotel, Roi-Et hotel price reasonable, located approx 2km from bus station and about 12km from airport. the junior suite decor was a bit tired looking and could seriously do with decorating, also there was an odd musty smell in the room ! the aircon is very noisy more noticable at night. the lavish bathroom offered corner bath and separate shower, and a solid marble surround sink. the reception staff speak a little english, were polite & friendly. most of the restaurant staff do not speak english, this caused problems when they cancelled the breakfast buffet due to very few guests at hotel. the inclusive breakfast choice seemed limited with poor quality of food, however, the menu for lunch/ dinner was very good and the food tasted very nice - both thai and western food ! again the prices were reasonable. they have internet at just 50 baht per hour (extremely good value). this hotel doesnt have a pool or spa facility, but can arrange a genuine thai massage at a incredibly good price of just 400 baht for 2 hours.	booking service was great, the call centre were very helpful, they contacted me back by email very quickly to confirm booking, they speak english and are a pleasure to deal with.
B Smith 2008-02-29 until 2008-03-06	Roi-Et City Hotel, Roi-Et A very nice hotel, clean, and quiet. Room was large and comfortable with a couple English speaking channels on the TV and have no complaints other than the water is not always hot, sometimes it would only get warm.	I had no problems with booking the hotel online using Sawadee.com

The staff are great and any request I had was done without any hassles. Also was good to have airport pickup at a reasonable rate. I will have no hesitation staying here again in the future.	Good service and all bookings were in place and I had no problems when arriving at the hotel. Will use again.

STAFF RESTAURANT AND RECEPTION HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH BUT ALL OF THEM HAVE POSITIVE ATTITUDE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY THERE. I WILL RECOMMEND THAT	EXCELLENT

The province was so adorable we were only there for one night and it was a great stop over place we enjoyed Roi Et very much	What can I say Sawadee is great no problems and unlike most other services they rarely tell you that you need to upgrade your room, like all the other services do

Sometimes a little difficult to find someone who could clearly understand English, however it would be advantageous if my Thai was better. The breakfast at the restaurant was fine; I never ate any other meals at the hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel in the future! Great value for the price.	Very fast and easy service with prompt email replies.
