Michael Reidar Jürgensen & Chalalai Jürg 2008-03-19 until 2008-03-24	Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 20 Hotel is very good central located, reception and breakfast staff not so friendly as they use to be (we have stayed here many times), the size of the suites are good, rooms are though showing clear signs of being tired and is in a need of an update/refresh. I am though sure we will be back!	Excellent service!

We have stayed several times with quite a large group for the International Youth Rugby Tournament	Easy to do. I requested ajoining rooms - these were not available and initially they didn t try to even put the family on the same floor. When questioned they foun rooms opposite! - not sure they had even read our initial request.

Everthing was good enough but, we got a feeling they does not repare thoose smal thing wich are brooken. Els good located in BKK and great lobby bar..

Taxi fares vary from the new Airport,we paid 1000 baht in and had a Meter taxi out, and it was only 375 baht. Get a fixed price before steping in on arrival. 400 should be max you pay.
